Description of Work: JT and his crew replaced bathroom counter tops in two baths! Superb work and the coordination was spectacular. JT goes out of his way to ensure everything is on schedule. He took us to several dealers (both my husband and myself) and we selected quartz slabs. JT provided guidance throughout the process, which also helped in having contractors install timely. This was finished prior to the hurricane which was instrumental. I definitely would hire JT and his team and they are excellent and very professional. Thanks for everything! It was a great experience!

J.T. did his usual fine work and we ended up with a job we're very pleased about! He will take you to the granite shop and make suggestions if you'd like them. The people who work for him are exceptional. I don't know why you would use anyone else!

Description of Work: at first was satisfied, however, the stone has now several deep flaws. The edging shows the seams that are really noticeable. The owner is a great guy but should require better quality stones and workmanship from installers. I would not have minded paying a little more for better stone and workmanship.

Description of Work: We are so thrilled with the work JT , AIS Stone & Marble did for us ! He replaced our kitchen countertops, backsplash and fireplace surround. So thrilled that we're already planning for our next projects with AIS ! |JT returned my initial call within 24 hrs, and came out a few days later to talk about our plans for renovation. Twice he met us at tile stores to pick out our granite and tile. He was very patient and kept assuring me to take my time owith my selection. And I did 😊 ! He was also flexible in working around my painter who was painting my kitchen cabinets. JTs the nicest guy !! Very professional ! He has his own granite and tile installers who are equally nice. They did beautiful work ! Always on time and always cleaning up . I felt like his price was fair. Sure you probably can find someone cheaper. But I wanted a company I could trust and their reputation is excellent from their customers ! Granite and tile is something you don't replace but once. It had to be right !! Description of Work: JT was excellent. He and his crew installed a glass backsplash in my kitchen, sealed all of the granite countertops in the the kitchen and bathrooms, and rechalked my masterbath shower. He was very responsive and punctual. He followed up on the job and performed beyond my expectations. JT saved me almost 50% on the glass tile that I choose. After I ordered the tile the tile store tried to increase the price. JT stepped in and said, "This is just not right." The tile store dropped the price increase. Description of Work: We started with the modest goal of updating our kitchen, but thanks to Jaison of AIS Stone and Marble we ended up with a fabulous new cooking and dining space that is easily the highlight of our home. We consulted Angie's List for a contractor, and Jaison was the first person to answer our inquiry and set up an appointment. He visited our home, listened to my jumbled, vague thoughts about replacing the countertop and the floors, and came up with a game plan to flesh out my ideas and to find the ideal materials for our home. The one thing we knew was that we wanted the countertop to be the showcase item in our kitchen. Jaison set up field trips during which we visited stone warehouses and he educated me on the different grades and qualities of granite and other stones. I am easily overwhelmed if given too many choices, but Jaison was adept at figuring out what I preferred and tactfully steered me in the right direction when my ideas weren't on point. He also answered all my naive (and repetitive) questions. After we narrowed our choices, Jaison spent countless hours selecting samples and bringing them to our home, taking me to look at materials, and generally offering advice. Although his company was responsible for only the countertop, backsplash and floor, he provided excellent, much needed advice on everything: lighting, paint, cabinets and appliances. He did all this without asking for a dime. In the end we chose the perfect granite countertop, travertine backsplash and wood laminate floor. Jaison's price was as good (if not better) as his service, especially considering that our countertop was high-end and I was persnickety regarding workmanship. The best thing Jaison did was suggest that we put in a new floor for our dining and entry area. He chose an extravagantly beautiful travertine stone in a Versailles pattern. OMG--I absolutely love that floor! One of Jaison's favorite phrases is "no worries" and I have to say that he was right. On the first day of installation, Rene, his fabricator sliced his hand and couldn't work. I was disappointed, but Jaison said, "no worries" reconfigured his work plan and in the end his team finished ahead of schedule.

Description of Work: AIS installed Granite countertops, backsplashes &sinks in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Also had the kitchen siding done with natural stones.

Description of Work: I replaced the countertops in the master bathroom and quest bathroom. JT and his crew performed the work on a weekend to accomendate my schedule. They performed a difficult removal of the old countertop in the master bath without distributing the framed mirror or the tile on one side of the countertop. Overall quality of the work was excellent and the price was substantially below competing bids.

Description of Work: The entire first floor needed to be tiled. I chose travertine because I like the way the stone looks. The estimate was pretty straight foward except , a family member had tried to lay the tile and made a mess of it. So much of it had to be removed before starting the job.

Description of Work: Replaced three formica/cultured marble vanity tops with granite vanity tops with back/side splashes and undermount sinks. Approximate dimensions of vanity tops were 108" with double sinks, 72" with double sinks and 60" with a single sink. A 72" by 10" additional granite piece was also installed on a bathroom shelving unit.
