We were very happy with JT (Jaison) and his entire team. From start to finish JT (Jaison) guided us through the entire process. He asked us want we wanted and then offered his expertise and guidance in making our wishes become a reality. He took a blank canvas and created a beautiful kitchen using his keen eye for detail and design. All of the colors and the designs blend so well and are accented by the undercounter lights. Our kitchen is now a showcase. His entire team was professional, courteous, polite and timely. They answered our questions and addressed every concern. JT (Jaison) followed up every day. Both my wife and I were very nervous but JT (Jaison) answered every question, answered every phone call (no matter how many times we called in a day). He was there on site to ensure the work was done not only to his satisfaction but to ours as well. Although JT (Jaison) had numerous jobs going we always felt as if we were his #1 priority. I would definitley recommend JT (Jaison) to anyone who is looking for a a high quality, well-designed and detailed kitchen remodel. We are planning a remodel of our master bathroom next and JT (Jaison) has already given us a bid. Thank you JT. High Five!

I have had other work done by "professionals" and was apprehensive when I needed this done. If I had gone to Angies List I would have been a lot happier. JT was great! The first team came in on tuesday and took out the old counter tops and installed the granite. The next day the backsplash team and plumber came in and everything was done by early afternoon. JT sealed the granite and checked to make sure everything was good. I love the counter tops, and am so happy to have had this experience!

He had a wonderful website to choose the details of the job. He was so efficient, courteous, and punctual. He came out first to give an estimate and show us samples, which he had very good taste in what I should use. Then for the installation he came out on the weekend so that I was able to put my house on the market when I needed to. He was professional and went beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services. He is so responsive and knowledgeable with his work.

I sent an email to the owner, JT and he responded within the hour. When I talked to him, it was liked I'd been knowing him for a very long time. After subscribing to Angie's list and reading all the reviews from previous customers I was very impressed. Actually, I told him after reading his reviews, that I said to myself "No one can be this good". I did not find one bad review from any of his previous customers. He was very professional and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I intended to get other estimates and didn't even bother. His demeanor and ability to demonstrate that he knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to Granite was enough for me not to look any further. I am a very through person and I ask a lot of questions when it comes to getting contractors to work in my house. He was patient and told me to take my time, no pressure what so ever. I went out to his shop to look at the granite and picked the one I liked and he was right there helping me select. When I asked his opinion he gave it to me, but always said it's your choice. Normally I am very skeptical of contractors cause you run into so many shady chracters, but I felt very comfortable working with JT. Being a woman I always feel Contractors try to take advantage, but I didn't get that from him. He took his Ipad out several times, showing me pictures from other jobs with different ways to do my back splash, and how it would look with the granite I picked out. Even though I had done my research on granite online, I liked that he told me the difference between 2cm and 3cm, I picked the 3cm of course. Everytime I called him he was available, any questions I had he answered everytime, always polite and patient. JT really got the job done, he showed up at the job site to ensure his workers were taking care of everything and to make sure I was satisfied. All of the workers were polite and knowledgeable and did very, very good work. The job is not completely finished yet but I am writing this review as they work on my back splash, which is looking really nice. I know that I am really going to like my kitchen once it's finish. I'm going to save this review as a draft cause I know I will want to write more once they are finished. For now I am very pleased with the work that has been done. Well the work is finished and I my kitchen looks just fabulous. Looks so good I just want to clean it up and never use it, lol, looks like something out of Better Homes & Gardens. The granite is perfect, but the Back Splash is the greatest, the detail that Rafael put into that Back Splash is nothing but perfection. Thanks to JT, Rene, Rafeal & the plumber Martin for a very professional job. My kitchen looks so good, I just have to go in there, turn the light on and just look at it. To anyone reading this review, don't be skeptical like I was, this is a true review, he is just that good.....lol, and that's the honest to God truth. Angie, I am so glad I subscribed when I did and I am so glad I didn't bother with other estimates. If you need or want Granite in your home, JT is your man. Working with AIS was very easy, simple and professional. Jaison was very good with providing choices and helping me decide the right color and style. AIS did a great job of minimizing the inconvenience of home improvement by finishing the job a day ahead of schedule without compromising quality. The work crew were very considerate of my home and they did a good job of prepping my place to prevent wear and tear on my wood floors.

We met JT by chance at a local granite yard where he was waiting for a customer. We told him that were updating the kitchen in our home but were unsure on exactly how to go about doing it. He said that he and his crew could do everything we wanted and that he had some great ideas for us. We met with him soon after and he had many pictures of previous jobs that he showed us on his always present I-Pad. It all looked beautiful and the suggestions he made were just what we had been looking for. We were having a tough time picking out our stone but when he listened to our ideas, he said that Emerald Pearl granite would look great with our colors and also with new stainless appliances. He also offered us under cabinet lighting and his bid for all the work was very competitive. We accepted it and he met with my wife the next week and picked out 2 slabs of granite after visiting 4 different stone suppliers. Our time schedule is often hectic and JT was very patient in setting up the time for all the work. We had 2 small bar areas and a large L-shaped kitchen counter area to install and his plan was to cut it with just 1 small seam in the center of where the new sink would go. He did not want large diagonal seams at the corners. Simply a great idea.....the look is incredible. He incorporated my wife's desire for 3"-6" white beveled subway tile as a backsplash and his tile man did a wonderful job. His plumber installed our new gas cooktop, disposal, dishwasher, and stainless sink and his electrician put in great looking lights. Not a day went by that JT did not come by or call to make sure that everything was going as planned. His famous response "no worries" is just how he handles his business. Any concern we had, he made sure it was taken care of. All of his crew did great work and were courteous and respectful. The job was finished right on budget and we are so pleased. ( the Emerald Pearl granite suggestion was the best..... it is awesome). We highly recommend JT and his crew at AIS. In the next few weeks he will be installing new counters in the bathrooms.... maybe Carrera Marble ???.

JT has the patience of Job. The only thing I knew for sure was I wanted granite countertops. I contacted four different vendors and decided to go with JT. I chose JT for several reasons. He is patience, kind, flexible, and informative. He was eager to accept the challenge of helping me select the best granite and backsplash for my home. He explained EVERYTHING his team would do and did exactly what he explained. I had no clue that the other vendors were trying to sell me on bullnose because it was less work for them to do. The other vendors did not mention warranty, resealing, or the joints in the countertop. JT mentioned it all he educated me before accepting the job. We met at the granite yard to make the selection together. He gave me a few samples to take home and he dropped by later just to talk and give input on the different samples I selected. JT team installed my countertop with a seam that is basically invisible. His team came out on time (which is important), measured, and the next day the template was complete for the kitchen. We scheduled several dates and even though each time I had to reschedule, JT was patience and stated ?no worries? we can reschedule at a more convenient time for you. I am convinced that JT and his team is the best team in Houston to install countertops. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will definitely use him again for the remodeling of my fireplace and bathrooms.

AIS came and re-installed our sink that whose silicone had failed. They came promptly the next day, fixed the sink, installed proper support, and re-finished our existing granite countertop. We had an issue with the way that it subsequently dried and JT came promptly the next day to fix it.

My very first experience with AIS was actually a year or so ago. Due to unforeseen events, I had to postpone my project. Jaison left such a good first impression on me that I didn't forget him and was the only person I considered when I resumed my project. I sent Jaison an email on a Sunday. I think it was less than a minute after I pressed 'send' that he called me. He came out to our house the next day to discuss design ideas and give us an estimate. He took his time with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The next day, his crew came out to take measurements. They were punctual, quick and accurate. The following Monday, Jaison and his crew began working on our kitchen. They arrived on time and completed each phase as promised. When all the work was finished they cleaned up and were on their way. I could not have been more pleased with the final results. It's beautiful! No stress. No surprises. Definitely the most efficient team I've ever seen. The professionalism and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Well done!

J.T. came out and gave us an estimate. He made recommendations on color and style, which was most helpful. Their work was excellent, and they were professional and timely.

The AIS team (2 people) arrived at 7:10 AM (earlier than expected, but exactly as requested), and they completed the work in less than 2 hours (allowing me to get to work before my required time). The cut and bull-nosed edges are excellent, and the team even bull-nosed the two new edges at the back of the sink level; a task we had not originally specified. The team was clean, courteous, professional, and we will ask them to perform work for us in the future when the opportunity arises.

JT was so helpful in designing our kitchen and we absolutely love the way it has come out. It is beautiful! We would use him again and recommend him to others. He is so easy to work with and always makes you feel like you are his only customer.

Overall? I couldn't even leave a message to try and even get a quote.

When I started the contractor search, it was quite overwhelming. There are several in such a big city, and it's nerve wracking trying to insure that you get your moneys with when you spend several thousand dollars. I came across AIS on Angie's list, and the high marks on customer service and professionalism drew me to them. There were several contractors that got good grades, but none had as many great reviews in this area. There is a reason. Stop your search right now, because you have found the best. JT was punctual, courteous, professional, and you even get some free interior design guidance. My wife and I are picky enough to drive the most patient contractor mad, and he never visibly showed any signs of frustration. He truly wanted to make us happy which is rare in a service provider these days. He is flexible, and works around tough schedules. He makes something that could have been a major life stressor so easy. By the end of it, he was party of the family and I imagine he's got a large extended family out there. When we selected our granite, my 5 yr old son had found his favorite in the warehouse. We went with a different type which upset him a little. At the end of the job, he brought him a square that he had finished out for him. My son uses it for the foundation of his lego towers. We recently moved into a new house and remodeled our kitchen. We installed a bar counter top and needed granite to match the existing in the kitchen. I contacted JT and the next morning had an appointment set up. JT was awesome every step of the way and even made the extra effort of going to numerous granite suppliers to ensure he found us the best possible match for our granite. He found the best match I have ever seen and, when it comes to granite, that is nearly impossible. We only had a small window of time where we could complete the installation and JT made sure we were able to make it happen. The installation crew was quick, professional, and courteous. If we had any questions or concerns we could always reach JT and he would give us his straight forward honest opinion. JT consulted us throughout the entire process and was completely honest and trustworthy. I would recommend AIS hands down for any installation, not just granite. These guys are first class.

From start to finish, AIS exceeded expectations. The owner, JT, was helpful from the start. About six weeks ago when our renovation began, he suggested a few stone yards/locations to look at based on the type of marble we wanted to use. Once we found our marble and received his estimate, he met with me to finalize the stone. We met again to lay out the countertops on the stone before purchasing it. He was always accessible, prompt, very energetic about his business, and informative. His prices were more competitive than other fabricators I spoke with, as well. He was also flexible with us - we had a couple issues that came up that delayed us a couple of times, and he rescheduled without any issues. On execution, he and his fabricator delivered what he promised. The marble we chose is delicate and difficult to work with; they beautifully fabricated the mitered edge and installed within a couple days of purchasing the stone. We would highly recommend JT and his team for anyone looking for a countertop company!

AIS Stone remodeled our kitchen last summer and we were very happy with the crew and their work. When we decided to remodel our bathroom, we called JT. Everything was torn out of the bath, even the lights! What a lot of work!. The bath was down to the bare walls. The new walls were put up in one day for the closet and tub support. The new sheetrock for the walls and ceiling also took one day. It took longer for the tile in the shower since each piece had to be cut and placed. It's not a fast job. It took longer for the overall job to get finished than I thought but there was so much work I didn't realize would have to be done. The guys worked nearly every day and long hours. We had some changes as the job progressed and they were done without complaint or difficulty. We are so pleased with the outcome. It is truly a beautiful bathroom now and up to date looking. Our four year old granddaughter wanted to be the first to use the shower and then she insisted on using the saoking tub first. She watched the whole process and couldn't wait to try it all out. JT and his crew are great guys to work with and always a delight to be around. I have to say, we couldn't be happier with the work done and the quailty of the finished job. Thank you so much for your hard work and our beautiful bathroom.

JT is extremely good at what he does. We had never been through this process and even though we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, it was so nice to have someone who immediately shared our vision and offered constant insight and ideas towards the project. I had complete trust in him from the beginning, so anytime he offered a suggestion, I trusted him and went with it. Trust me, he knows what he is doing. Everything turned out even better than I had expected. Probably the most remarkable thing though is how constant the communication was. I know he obviously had other projects going on, but I always felt as if our house was the only one he was working on. One day I must have called him 10 times in an hour with various questions and ended up apologizing for bothering him. He responded by jokingly scolding me and making me promise to never apologize again and that I could call 100 times in an hour if I wanted. He really does take customer service to another level, ESPECIALLY in that industry. He works with you every step of the way and explains each step of the process. The job took exactly the amount of time he said it would at the exact cost we were quoted the first day he stepped foot into our house. It was a great value for the amount of work we had done. As for the actual quality of the work, we couldn't be happier. The counters look fantastic with only one tiny seem in the entire kitchen. I didn't think that was possible with the size of our kitchen, but they pulled it off. The backsplash looks great and the travertine floor tiles are so well installed that you barely even see the grout lines. We feel like we moved into a new home. In this industry it's invaluable to have someone you can trust, and AIS is definitely the company I will go to for any future projects.

They were efficient, and responded promptly to preparing a quote and getting the work done. A bit pricier than we originally planned. Worth it! Our bathrooms look completely different.

He really cares about the satisfaction of the client, and he was very easy to work with. JT goes the extra mile which is not common these days. We are very happy with the end result, and will definitely hire him again to install hardwoods!

JR treats you as though you are a friend of his. He calls when he needs to ask a question and is very available to his customers. He is very friendly and personable and the team is very professional.

I started working with JT last fall when we bought our home. I had originally sent an email request to get a quote, and JT called me within hours to set up a meeting time. Not only was JT quick in responding, but he was exceedingly professional and helpful in the process of picking the materials and getting them installed. JT searched far and wide to find exactly what I wanted, and didn't stop looking until we had found the perfect slabs. Once the slabs were chosen and we were able to move forward with installation, JT was sure to be present during the installation to supervise all work being done. He was in constant communication with me, never leaving me to feel like I was being left out of the loop, as I have found other contractors tend to do There was an issue with a crack in the marble, and JT went above and beyond to make it right. In the end, I would recommend AIS and JT to anyone looking to install marble or granite. We plan on redoing our bathrooms in a few years, and there is no one else I would trust to take care of us but JT.

Fantastic. Jaison was very responsive and his crew was very professional. He met our expedited timeline: the countertops were installed in two days after the measurements were taken. Finished product is excellent. The laminated edge is done so that you can hardly see the seam. The pattern flow was well thought out. Jaison and his fabricator Rene came up with a few suggestions regarding the design that were very helpful (e.g. a granite waterfall custom fabricated on-site). The overall experience was excellent, we will use his company again for our bathroom.

JT made the entire experience from start to finish stress free!!!!! He is a professional business owner, kitchen designer, stylist, and by the end of the job, a friend.

Highly Recommended!!! We took quotes from the 3 highest rate Angie's List contractors in the area and all seemed to be as good as advertised. Of these 3 contractors, we chose to go with AIS Stone & Marble and couldn't be happier with our decision.
