Outstanding! Expensive but worth every dollar.

J.T. was great to work with, his vision and ideas really brought our master bath to a whole new level. He spent time bringing us to look at and select granite slabs and flooring and pulling all the samples together to see how they work together. His ideas for the tile in the shower were just masterful. He pulled together the carpentry for a custom vanity and painting of it all. Really glad we went with J.T., so happy we had him redo the countertops for both upstairs baths too.

JT is very personable and communicative. His guys work really hard and do a good job. Had a couple of issues, as usual, and he came to inspect and sent his guys back out, kept checking to see I was happy. His master, Rene, always does a great job! I have used AIS Stone twice within the last 7 years and would highly recommend.

From the minute we contacted AIS, JT was quick to respond to any questions we had. He went with us to help pick out the quartz and was making sure we were happy with every step of the process. Initially we had only planned on doing kitchen countertops but we also had them do two upstairs bathroom countertops. Renee worked really hard and quick to compete the countertops. We had a couple of minor issues that were corrected very quickly and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend him to others and will call him back when we are ready to remodel our master bathroom.

Great I can not say enough good things about this company AIS

I hired AIS to do a kitchen refresh/remodel on my 20-year old kitchen. I say "refresh/remodel" because while the footprint of the kitchen didn't change, there was quite a lot of demo/remodeling going on. Among the many things they did were: cutting down a bar height counter top to regular counter height, removing upper and lower cabinets in one section and replacing with custom built-in storage bench, refacing all cabinets and drawer fronts, remove and replace floor tile and backsplash, remove and replace countertop, extend/build new cabinet, install new appliances, install new electrical outlets. I'm probably forgetting everything they did, but it was all top notch! JT did an amazing job scheduling all of the professionals so that we didn't have the house full of people and even then the pace went well. We were essentially done in 10 business days and that was only because we ran into a plumbing issue. at the sink. The quality of work is amazing. His wood craftsman, Baldo, is truly an artist. The counter installer, Rene, was great and the countertops were seamless. He even cut a 30 inch round from the remnant for me to put together a small bistro table. Tile was the last thing to get installed and the guys that did it worked tirelessly to get it all done before the official stay-at-home order in Harris County, which I appreciated all the much more since it got our kitchen back together to use since we couldn't go out. Another thing, it's obvious JT has a lot of experience doing this as he has great recommendations and I trusted every single opinion he had. He also has great relationships with the various stone and tile vendors and it shows. They all know him by name and he knows where to go for the best variety and quality. Bottom line - I would hire AIS again in a heartbeat. They do what they say on time and within budget and at a very high level of quality!

J.T and his A.I.S. team were invited back to our house to work on a new project for us. This time, J.T.’s team worked on our upstairs guest bathroom. From the beginning, J.T. was instrumental in facilitating a cost-effective solution in remodeling our bathroom as a result of an unplanned plumbing valve failure. We advised him of our tight budget and he worked with us to find the best options while keeping creativity and style at the forefront. He took the time to meet us at the tile shops to help us pick out the right designs for what we were trying to accomplish. We can’t say enough about his work crews, his tile guys – Pilo and Adolfo and his plumber, Chris. All top-notch skilled tradesmen. Very clean, respectful and hardworking. They did an awesome job! We highly recommend A.I.S. and will continue to use them for our projects in the future.

It was our lucky day when my wife and I, accidently met Jason, the owner of AIS Stone, at one of the Granite wholesaler warehouse. By looking at his mannerism and wearing his company logo T shirt, I realized that AIS is well established and well presented in the market. His pickup truck was also patronized with company logo. I introduced my self to him and explained to him my project. His advise and tips were highly useful and demonstrated his rich experience in construction, particularly in dealing with countertops. I immediately decided to hire him and asked if he was interested in quoting for my job. He immediately jumped to it and drove with me to my house, took the measurement and quoted me the price the same day, which I thought was remarkable. As the price was reasonable; next day we went with him to 3 to 4 granite vendors and he helped us find the unique and beautiful granite and quartz countertops to meet our specific requirements and at a very reasonable price. After listening to his advice and designing tips, we decided to sign the contract. Realizing our urgency and timeline of our new construction, he started the work the next day and in 5-days he installed about 250 sq. ft. of counter tops . His installers and fabricators are his permanent employees and they came in company logo shirts and performed their job in a very professional manner and didn't hesitate in listening and meeting our demands and requirements. After his countertop job, with which we were very satisfied, I signed for another project with him, which he will be completing soon. I strongly recommend AIS to all those who are seeking good quality of workmanship, true professionalism, and completion of your projects in expeditious manner. Jason designing tips and experience to resolve some of your unique problems comes to you complementary. He will keep you informed every step of the way and you will never get bored with his charming company. He is extremely respectful and polite person, you will enjoy his presence and admire his work. JT & his crew did an excellent job!! He picked out a beautiful quartz and got me a great price. I have marble floors and a nice backsplash already - the quartz just went so well and the installation was superior to previous contractors I had used. I love the Moen faucets he recommended - and the way the quartz was cut and application of caulking and clear silicone resulted in a nice clean finish. They were staightforward about what to expect, punctual, clean and they provided an excellent plumber to install the faucets - he even fixed a previous potential leak I had in one of the bathrooms. I am thrilled about my new quartz countertop/Moen faucets and so glad I found AIS Stone & Marble. Highly recommend if you want to add a new look to your bathroom and use someone you can trust to do a fantastic job!!

JT is a true master of his craft Ais did such a great job in our bathroom that we are extremely happy from start to finish jt coordinated all the different parts of the job and everybody was wonderful to work with and were so nice jt gave us great ideas that we didn't think of he has a great eye and guided us through the whole process we were not sure on the stone and went out with jt 3 times to stone yards all over Houston until we found the slab we fell in love with and the funny thing it was one of tbe first ones he showed us ! He never made us feel like we were bothersome and insisted we wait until we felt right with our selections we never felt pressured or felt like we had to make a decision right away ! This is what sets this company apart from the rest they actually enjoy doing what they do and it shows ! We will be calling jt when we are ready for the kids bathroom!

JT and his crew are the best. From start to finish very professional and helpful. JT was knowledgeable, honest, cared about everything going well and I felt like he had our best interest in mind throughout the whole experience. Good communication and on time. They did an awesome job at installation and cleanup. It looks great. The pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend AIS to everyone.

We hired JT based on reviews we saw here and were so glad we did ! We have remodeled in the past and new what to expect but by far this has been the best experience I had with a contractor we got bids for our bathroom remodel from about 4 companies Ais came in right in the middle we went with Ais because of JT me and my wife felt comfortable with him as soon as we met him when he came to bid We really liked all the employees that were involved from Pilo the tile guy who was doing all the tile work to Rene the countertop guy who did our beautiful counter all the trades were very nice and treated our home like it was there’s we were so happy from the fact JT helped us through the whole process of design and taking us to stone yards to show us different options they even were able to replace the cracked bar piece we had in our kitchen and find the granite to match it perfectly to rest of kitchen ! Don’t hesitate to call them you won’t regret it thank you Ais for a wonderful experience

JT and his team are awesome. I love the floors that they put in He chose some wonderful tile for downstairs which instantly made the room look so much better and the bathrooms are fabulous, especially the master bathroom where I have gotten tons of compliments. He and his team do a wonderful job and are diligent in making sure they clean up every time they leave. He has done work previously and I would hire him for whatever nHe has done work previously and I would hire him again.

They did a great job picking out the perfect granite for my bathrooms and kitchen. JT and his team always do a very professional job and now I am planning on using them for flooring.

Fantastic service. JT visited with us before, during, and after the job and ensured the project was exactly what we'd envisioned. He answered all our questions, and helped us choose the materials that were perfect for us. Workers were fast, professional, and the quality of the work done exceeded our expectations. The final product makes our kitchen look exactly as we dreamed it would!

Went really well. JT manages the project well, took us around to choose tile, and granite, etc. OUr bathroom looked great at the end.

AIS did a very nice bathroom remodel at our home. JT manages the overall project very well. His communication with the customer is superb, staying on top of things and constantly coordinating all the workers and communicating every step and every detail. It also helps that he has a very easygoing personality. His people doing the different aspects of the work are masters, especially his carpenter (Baldo) and his plumber. I would absolutely use them again, and probably will for our upstairs bathroom.

I have used AIS for 2 of the homes I owned to replace the counter tops in the kitchen and do the back splash. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are considering using a big box store don't. I don't think could have matched the level of experience I got with AIS. They will work with you, or if you need design help they are the experts and can help. Every slab of stone is a little different and if you want they will take you to the stone yard and you can pick out your exact slab that will go in your house. They even provide the plumber to hook-up the sink. It is a full service operation. They care about the finished product and how it looks. Highly recommend.

Jt was a pleasure to work with. The guys did an amazing job laying our wood plank tile in a herringbone pattern.
