The crew was wonderful -- JT helped me with the design and tile/granite selections. He was able to schedule the work to happen quickly and always touched base with me to ensure I knew when they would arrive the following day and what the plan was for that day. I'm thrilled with the results!!

My husband and I just recently purchased a new home. We were randomly looking for installers of granite countertops. Renovating a new home is such an intimidating process and the fear of getting burned is great. JT was very responsive from the start of the quoting process to the very end of the job. He was very helpful and patient as we explored options and selected colors. You can tell he enjoys what he does and it shows in his level of customer service. The stone looks beautiful and I would definitely use JT again. AIS stone and Marble did a fantastic job remodeling my Master Bathroom. The results are absolutely phenomenal! JT is an awesome person to work with. He was extremely helpful with selections and design choices. My bathroom had been damaged due to a leak in the shower, I hired another company to do the work initially but that relationship had to be terminated. JT stepped in with a very fair bid and lots of expertise. He also came highly recommended by two of my co-workers. Everything was done well and on time! Let me also add that he does an excellent job communicating throughout the process. He even helped me save additional money on some purchase items and recommended some other contractors to help with other services as well! Hands down he must be one of the best in the business! Fair, Honest, Personable, Knowledgable and Professional! He has my stamp of approval!

We had used AIS before to redo our bathroom countertops. That turned out so well that we immediately called J.T. when we decided to redo our kitchen,. He came over the next day and by the end of the week the work was done! J.T. takes great pride in his work and will do almost anything to make sure you are happy with the job! His workers are the same way. He's very personable and listens closely to everything you say. He's very willing to make suggestions if that's what you want, but he always works to make sure it's what YOU want, which makes him extremely pleasant to work with. He's also very patient. My husband and I were on different pages about some of the selections we needed to make, but J.T. somehow helped us decide on something that we both love! The people who work for J.T. are also very responsible and easy to work with. They obviously take pride in their work and are very punctual.They clean up after themselves and get the work done in the time frame they originally planned. I picked AIS originally because of the high scores on Angie's List. J.T. and his crew have lived up to every good thing people have said about them. I don't know why anyone would use anybody else!

We received a quote from JT to demolish the high portion of the kitchen counter and install a large granite breakfast bar. The quote included replacing all other counter tops with granite, replacing the existing backsplash,and replacing the kitchen sink with a deeper stainless sink. I found the quote to be competitive with other granite installers. However the personal service and attention to detail provided by AIS set them apart. JT was very patient with us as we made our decisions and we never felt rushed at any point in the process. JT met us personally to pick out the granite and worked with us to come up with the perfect breakfast bar design. JT made recommendations through out the process and even suggested and installed the stone backsplash all the way to the ceiling on a small wall free of charge which after completion is now the perfect focal point for the project. That type of extra attention and detail is not comon and we could not be happier with the finished project.

Jt did a fabulous job installing countertops, and flooring in our home he had AMAZING design ides and communicated well throughout the process this was the second time I used this company will definitely use them again thanks jt and AIS!!!

Jason did a thorough and conscientious job from beginning to end, including advising us on the best types of countertops for our kitchen. Everything was done in a timely way. Any minor issues were fixed immediately even when they were caused by our own scheduling mishaps and not his. He followed up with information about how to best care for our countertops and was professional, courteous and friendly throughout. We very highly recommend AIS Stone and Marble.

JT is great to work with. He and his crew are always there when they say they will be. They also let you know when they are on their way in case you are outside the home. While doing our remodel we ran into a snag with the size of the new oven fitting into the space. JT found a carpenter to come over the next day who was very reasonable to fix the issue even though he did not have to do this. I am sure this caused issues for his schedule but he never let on that it did and still got the work finished quickly despite our mismeasurement. If you are looking a "stone" guy you will not be disappointed in this company. We plan to use them again in the future.

We recently purchased our home. The kitchen had granite, but the sink was overmount installation. We wanted that to be converted to an undermount sink. Unfortunately, the hole in the granite was not suitable for an undermount sink installation. So we started looking for ideas and contractors. Many contractors we talked to were trying to force us into changing the whole kitchen and the cost they quoted was not something that would work for us. So my wife got information about AIS through Angies list and I contacted. He immediately texted me back and I talked to him. He asked me to send some pictures of the existing granite (under various lighting). He sent pictures of many samples from warehouses he went to, but unfortunately none of them matched ours exactly. So we decided we will go the route of changing all kitchen granite. He came home and discussed various ideas for more than 45 minutes. He gave some good design suggestions which we liked. He gave a quote which was very reasonable and worked around our schedule. He took us to the stone yard and had us pick up the stone. He left us to proceed at our pace while giving his insights. One the installation day, his crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were professional and were very careful with the demo work. We did not have any extra back splash material so it was necessary that no damage happens to back splash. The crew did an amazing job in removing old granite (there was some weird shapes in the granite). They finished the whole job in less than 6 hours. Two days later JT came personally to see how the work is done and brought the polishing material to be applied (in case it was not applied initially). As a bonus he also gave me a sweet deal on the plumbing of the sink and saved me from wasting the weekend on plumbing it myself!! Overall working with JT and his crew was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend him to any one looking to have granite work done.

Our experience with AIS Stone was for two different projects; (1) kitchen remodel during October and (2) flooring installation in December. I originally reached out to AIS Stone to obtain information. Jaison "JT" Thomas promptly returned my call and scheduled a visit to discuss our needs and expectations. JT is a great communicator and demonstrates a high degree of integrity. He clearly recognizes the value of extraordinary customer service and consistently delivered as promised. He listened carefully to what we had in mind and offered numerous suggestions that proved to be very beneficial. JT scheduled an appointment for us to select the granite. Although a bit overwhelming, he was patient and provided sound, practical advice during the selection process. The entire team (granite installers, electrician and plumber) arrived on time, were careful to clean up areas daily and produced high quality work in all aspects of the projects. The team displayed professionalism while on site and strong specialized skills. Based on the quality standards and reliability shown with the kitchen remodel, we contracted AIS for the second project which included installation of laminate flooring and new baseboards. Both projects were completed on time and were within the estimated cost analysis. It was a very favorable overall experience and I will definitely use the company again. I highly recommend AIS and JT to family and friends.

Very pleasant experience working with JT and his team. Project on time, on budget, and delivered with a confidence that put us at ease. On his first visit, he had some very specific ideas about what would look good with our current color scheme and he proved to be right on point. JT worked with us on our expedited schedule in spite of the rainy weather in the area. We were always clear on the project's next steps and what to expect. We were amazed on how perfectly the pieces were fit into their spots. The seam between the sink side piece and the stovetop piece was hardly noticeable due to the way the stone was cut to fit together, Two workers did the cutting and installation. They were a great team. An electrician was needed to bring our stovetop to code. He also did an excellent job. Day two was the tile backsplash with two inch granite inserts. We have a box window over the sink. The tile wes done perfectly to continue the diagonal pattern around the corners of the box window. The installers also added a border tile to frame the tile work. The sealer was added to the grout and placed into the tile and the spaces between the tiles. The grout color changed to a light shade as it dried thoroughly. The tile guys also did a great job and were a great team. This also was the day the sink, garbage disposal, faucet, soap dispenser and stovetop were put in. The plumber did a great job. Day three JT arrived and used an enhancer/sealer on the granite. We did not touch the granite for another 24 hours until it dried thoroughly. We were thoroughly impressed with the end result.

JT and his crew installed a very nice travertine tile on the back patio of my primary residence and tile from the same quary in the kitchen and breakfast area of our rental property. We typically gravitate towards darker earthtone colors but JT suggested we look at a lighter natural stone color which turned out to be a homerun. The tile was installed without a grout line to reduce dirt and discoloration and is a very difficult install that provides little room for error and requires true craftsmanship. The tile in both homes looks great and we couldn't be happier. JT is a standup guy who is true to his word, professional and takes pride in his work.

He came out to give the estimate as agreed and was very pleasant. He stated that they would be able to fix my sink (it is an undermount that needs to be removed cleaned and reinstalled) and replace some of my missing quarter round the following week. He requested a sample of the flooring so he could match so I gave that to him before he left. He quoted me 275 for the sink and less than 300 for the quarter round. I have not heard back from him since and have tried to call multiple times. One time when I called the answering message indicated he was on vacation until the 25th. I have now tried to call since then and have received no answer. I honestly think he would have been a great person to work with but I have to give him an poor score for not

Favorably priced and helped us with using him to buy plumbing for sinks. Saved us a lot of money. Very responsive. Overly impressed with his work. Helped us to pick out colors, very knowledgeable.
