Juan Adame and his guys were priced competitively and communication with them were great. They replaced the roof, hauled away materials and cleaned up. They had to come back to fix one thing but it was a simple fix and they were there the next day. We were happy with our experience with the company.

Extremely poor…. After inspection it was identified as improperly installed and Juan Adame has refused to correct. Currently the roof is exposed and he refuses to come back to replace. The roof should not continue to leak or have part of it blow off in regular weather conditions. Many inspections have been done to verify he did not install properly and he will not respond to calls for 3 months. He did not replace roof boots but left old ones on. Leaking around many vents. Do not use him if you can avoid.

The quality of work was very good. Everything was okay. They were the best, they talk very nice, and professional.

The quality was a 5 stars. They did everything neat and clean. They did a very good job. My husband and I was very grateful to meet them. They've met our expectation and they were helpful. All employees were very good. I would use them again in the future. They did everything we wanted and they were very accommodating and responsive.

Had Texas Prime Homes install 16 panel LG AC panels with Enphase micro-inverters. Very happy with the whole process. I was introduced to YES by a friend who had similar installation done just few weeks before with Juan. Juan is very knowledgeable, provided various technical details and covered the whole production to consumption technical details in-depth. As I understood the whole concept, we decided to go with Texas Prime Homes right away. Install completed in 5 weeks, followed by city inspection and PGE approval. Received project updates at each milestone from the project coordinator, very happy with install crew work. Texas Prime Homes promised to get the install completed before tax year end, and they kept the promise.

We got our solar system installed by Texas Prime Homes based on my friend's recommendations. Juan from Texas Prime Homes spent a great deal of time studying and explaining the different options suitable for our roof orientation and consumption. He was very patient in answering all my questions and made me understand the Solar installation process, steps and whats to come. The entire process of consultation, sizing the system and subsequent install was very smooth. Strongly recommended! He was always great when it came to providing status updates.

We loved Texas Prime Homes's solar installation on our house. Our primary contact Juan was the most knowledgeable solar rep we've talked to, and he offered us a wide range of panels to fit all budgets. Texas Prime Homes had the most competitive bid. Installation was done right the first time, and we love the Enphase monitoring software. Our only regret is that they weren't the fastest at answering email. Everything else went super smoothly!

I was referred by one of my neighbor who has installed solar from Texas Prime Homes. I spoke to couple of solar companies they asked me to sign the contract even before giving me a quote, which is not acceptable. After speaking to Juan from Texas Prime Homes, he explained how it works and cost of the system, lot of things to know before you sign the contract and he shown me a real scenario of the system. It took one month to get design, HOA approval, but the installation was done in a single day. Everybody were very helpful in getting access to my monitoring system. It's been 3 months so far and no issues.

With no solar buying experience, I requested bids from multiple solar companies. Not only was Texas Prime Homes the easiest to work with they also provided the least amount of sales pressure and were far and away the best deal in terms of price per watt. From the initial sales rep to the owner of the company, Juan, all the way to the inspection and installation teams, EVERYONE was friendly, courteous and professional. I could not be happier with the outcome of the job and cannot recommend Texas Prime Homes more highly ESPECIALLY in comparison to their (many of them shady) competitors. Job well done! P.S. I was told before that I could not get solar due to having a concrete tile roof, Texas Prime Homes delivered with zero issues!

Garen in sales was great to work with, respected my input while giving his advice and wasn't pushy. Once into the process, they set expectations of timing and updated us regularly on their progress even if they didn't need anything from us. The installation crew were super nice, personable and professional, and clearly took the time to make sure things were right. We're super excited to lower our carbon footprint and get off gas energy!

They installed a new GAF shingle roof and coordinated with the solar panel company for simultaneous installation of panel brackets to maintain integrity and warranty.
