JD Handyman responded immediately while the others did not respond at all. His crew was very professional and polite as well as hard workers.

Followed up when others failed to do so. Completed all the tasks on time and on budget.

I hired this handyman to finish two room additions by installing the trim and baseboards, putting rods and shelves in the closet, and installing ceiling fans. The problem is that the handyman who bid the job doesn't actually do the work, he hires others. The ceiling fans couldn't be installed. In fact they blew a fuse and my husband had to fix the wiring. When they blew the fuse I was so upset (because there are 2 wires that connects to two wires- it was a simple installation) that I didn't check to see if the trim job was complete and I just paid them to get them out of there. Bottom line- the job was OK but I would never hire this company to do any electrical work and make sure the work is complete before paying them.

Each time i had them, they were a little late in arriving, but when they did arrive, the work they did was excellent.

I would appreciate the work completed for the price that we agreed, and I would appreciate the phone call. Poor workmanship.

On time arrival, went right to work installing a new attic ladder in the garage.

JD handy man started a job that should have taken 2 days maybe 2 and a 1/2 Max but instead took 6 days and job is still incomplete. They do not know what they are doing they experiment as they go along and I had to tell them how something is done because they just don't know. They were supposed to come back to complete the job and They did not show up. I made the mistake of paying them trusting that they would show up to finish since they showed up every day prior. There wasn't much more that needed to be done to complete my bathroom and yet they tore the door frame out to replace with a new one and left it unfinished as well. I can see through the wall. I will add that the doorframe job will separate from the bathroom job but both jobs where abandoned. Juan, the owner Doesn't know how to do any handyman work at all. I had to tell him how a ceiling fan is installed and he admitted hes new at this and he has absolutely no skills one trade so I have no idea why he calls himself a handyman. Please do not hire this company they don't know what they're doing and they don't know how to tell you they can't do a job. Instead, they will experiment on how to do it. I had to tell them to cut the power off before they started messing with electrical wires to install to ceiling fans. Now I'm asked out and have to find someone to finish the job they couldn't. Home advisor is supposed to screen these people to make sure they are licensed So at least we know they know what they're doing. I don't know how they passed Home Advisor's screening as handymen or any skilled laborers. People like this should not be attempting to work on other people's homes if they don't know what they're doing.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and i would use them in the future.
