The a/c unit fan was running but the unit was not cooling. When I called Col-Air a technician was on another job nearby. He was notified of my problem and came over as soon as he finished the other customer He knew very quickly what the potential problem was, tested the unit to confirm that needed to be done and replaced the defective part. He also cleaned the unit and gave me some advice regarding improving it's perfomance.

Rueben was wonderful, my Mom who was hospice was waiting for the ambulance to pick her up and bring her to my house. We noticed the air wasn't cooling, so I called around a few places and explained my situation. Rueben had a guy out here in less than 20 minutes and my house was cool when my Mom got here. I have and will continue to reccomend him.

They were excellent. They did a great job. They were on time and worthy of being in Angie’s List.

The AC went out over the night. I called them, they promised to be there by 11 AM, but came before 10 AM. They found that a small elec. component had burnt out. Replaced it and checked entire system. Were done in and hour and a half. Has worked well since.

They were a few hours later than promised, but I can understand that given the time of year (Aug). Once they got here the job was done fairly rapidly.

The company did not refuse the work at first. They left me waiting in my house for two days (on the coldest days of the year) for a technician to come out and complete the work. They never called to tell me that they were not coming. I was forced to call them and pick up my own motor.
