I didn't hear back from them at all, even after leaving 2 messages! Very disappointed.

They sent two young gentlemen out who did a fantastic job. They were so responsive in coming out even after ten years that I last used them. I cannot say enough about them. They did not ask me for any money upfront. They gave me a pretty good deal as I had my home built with them originally. When I called them up it seemed like they remembered me from ten years ago. They scheduled an appointment and came out within the week and were right on time. They said that they would be at my house by three and were there right to the minute. The thing about them which really stood out to me was their friendliness and their response in wanting to make sure that I remained happy as a home owner. They have gone up in the style of homes which they build. There was very little of anything which I had to point out to them about what I wanted different while they were building my home. They gave me a patch of sticky notes to put it on anything I wanted touched up or carpentry work I needed changed. They took care of every little sticky note I placed. They made sure the home was according to my liking before the deal was closed. They are outstanding and keep up with what the home owners want. I would use them again in the future.
