Billy did a good job for a fair price. Had some major cracks that he was able to fill with hot rubber prior to sealing. He had to make a few extra trips out due to having to work around some spring storms but he took it all in stride. Give him a call and see what he can do for your tired old asphalt.

Billy was easy to communicate with and very professional. We needed our 1951 asphalt driveway patched and redone -- while maintaining the concrete curbing along it. I asked Billy to price it two ways: scrape up and redo or patch and resurface. He dropped by our home and examined our driveway. Then called to discuss my options. He was very honest and upfront about it. We decided to resurface because our driveway was in good enough shape, and it was cheaper. Billy let me know his schedule and what to expect. He showed up when he said he would. Did exactly what he said he would. This was all done on a verbal handshake since at this point we had only spoken on the phone. My husband met him at the end of the day to review the work and do the paperwork/payment. Billy called me the next day to make sure I was also happy with the work -- which I was! He also said he would drop by later to make sure everything still looked good.

They arrived on time. They explained that there would be a few delays since some family members had tasks at other locations but that they would finish that day. What took me three days and 11 bags of debris the year before, they did it in about 3 hours. They weed-eated and killed the weeds on the entire driveway. Then they successfully backed the asphalt truck down my very narrow driveway. They applied and spread the tar. Then they brought in a front loader and spread the pea gravel which was supposed to stick to the tar. I admit that I had my doubts! But I was mollified when they brought in a roller and I watched them and quot;pressand quot; the pea gravel into the tar. I've owned this house for about 12 years and the driveway has never looked better. I drove on it about an hour after they left. Billy was right. No gravel kicked up when I backed out of the garage. We did the whole thing on a handshake. I explained how I could and would pay them and they accepted the terms. Personally, I wish we had more companies like this. Where our word is our bond. I'm delighted to have had a transaction with this company. Kudos to them!

Asphalt Paving and Steel Coating sealed our driveway. The price I paid for services was very reasonable. They worked with us very well and came on a Sunday since that is when our business is closed. They did a very good job.
