It didn't. I had to call Clayton Homes and ask why they haven't paid him and I was told he was paid. First of all, if he was still owed money he should have taken care of legally and not hold other people hostage - I have never done business with Clayton Homes so I have nothing to gain. I have talked to several people/companies and they have nothing good to say about him. I won't use him - no matter what!!!!
Description of Work: He surveyed the property next to mine before I bought my property. The company that placed the pre-manufactured home on that property placed it over the property line and he was called out to survey it again by Clayton Homes. Clayton Homes bought the property that was in question. Then I bought the property next to it. On 3/12/11 I called Gregg at Saxon Surveying for a copy of the "Plat of Survey" he had surveyed. I had a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy and wanted a nice crisp copy to install a permanent fence. When I called him he informed me he was never paid by Clayton Homes and if I wanted a nice copy I would have to pay the monies owned to him by Clayton Homes. I had nothing to do with the survey and I wasn't even in the state when it was ordered.
