RAZ-it House Leveling

The house is for sale and a prospective buyer had noted the hump in the living room floor. I discovered that Subfloors and More was no longer in business, so contacted another local foundation repair company for an estimate.Lo and behold, it was the same company doing business under a new name: RAZ-It House Leveling.After initial contact, during which I discovered the name change and that they remembered doing the original job, it became more difficult to get a call returned. An extended illness was tendered as an excuse and I was very understanding. The owner said he had a camera that he was going to send under the house to document the issue but was having difficulty getting help to operate it. I offered to go under the house and take pictures of the cracked beam and they accepted my offer, providing the email address to which the pictures would be sent. No response was received, nor did I get an email from my service provider stating there was a delivery problem. A week after sending the pictures I followed up with a phone call, leaving a voicemail. No response. Three additional times I attempted to contact the company, leaving increasingly terse messages. In March of this year I contacted another foundation company that gave an estimate, and eventually did the necessary repairs. At this time I am in consultation with an attorney on suing RAZ-It House Leveling for the repair bill and court costs. I have still received no response.
