+ -1 moreI have been using Tower Carpet (previously) now Tower's Amazing Results for the last 14 years and have always been 100% satisfied with their work. Jimmy ( the owner) always answers and is professional and courteous. Whoever he sends to clean our carpet is professional and punctual. Most of the time it's Shane and he's a great guy and does good work, taking time to pre-treat any spots that need it.They use a truck mounted cleaning system, I'm not sure what they call it but the carpet is steam cleaned and they always do a very thorough job. When they leave my carpet is very clean and soft. I'm pretty picky about the companies I use especially when it comes to my carpet but you can't go wrong with Tower's Amazing Results. Only once in 14 years was I not completely happy with something and they got right back out and did it to my satisfaction. I'm really surprised they don't have more reviews on here, but don't let that keep you from giving them a try, I know you will be happy with the job they do.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 4 rooms.

Description of Work: Cleaned two area rugs, one large (wool), one medium(synthetic). When I scheduled the appointment for the cleaning, I explained that the large one was wool. Tower carpets informed me that a special technique would be required for this type of carpet and would be sure to use the special cleaning agents.

+ -1 moreTower Carpets explained to me that cleaning wool carpet requires the use of special cleaning agents/methods. I was very impressed with the questions they asked to ensure my carpets received the correct cleaning method. They also gave us specific drying instructions. Tower Carpet was very professional and did an excellent job on my carpets!

+ 0 moreTower Carpet sent the husband and wife team of Hal and Sue to clean my ceramic tile, and I have never been more pleased. They were punctual, respectful, friendly, and obviously knew what they were doing. In short, they were awesome! They were especially detailed in making certain that the tile was cleaned all the way to the baseboards, and especially next to the shoe molding under my kitchen cabinet and island. Best ever in the twelve years that I have used this company. In addition to my tile, they also cleaned a small area rug in my den area. I didn't need them to clean my carpet, since it is new, but I will be using them for that service, I'm sure, and again in '2009 for the tile. I really believe in the independent businessman, and am pleased to give Tower Carpet my support, and hopefully let others know what excellent service this company has provided.
Description of Work: I have used Tower Carpet Services for many years to clean my carpet and to clean my ceramic tile. My home is 1800 square feet, half tile and half carpet, so to have a company be able to do a great job on both is important to me. They will clean as large of an area, or as small of an area as you request, and they don't quote you one price, and then start adding on additional fees and costs. You usually can get an appointment within a day or two of calling, but they may be booked ahead if you are angling for a Saturday only appointment, so plan ahead- to me, that's a good thing, I know they are in demand because they take care of their customers. I think the most important thing is that they have their own people, they don't subcontract out their work, so you know you will get it done right.
