I initially called Speedy to ask for a quote for installing a routing ceiling fan on 10' ceilings. They said they would need to see the job to give a quote. They would be able to install the fan at the time of the quote if I was ready. I booked an 11-2 appointment. At 11, I was called and told my crew could be a little bit late. I asked how late, and they said it would be closer to 2:00. I said that was fine but to please keep me updated if that changed. At 2:30, I called them again to get an update. I was told there was still one job in front of me. I was assured someone would be at my house at 4:00. At 5:00, I still had no one at my house. I called and tried to ask for an update, but no one answered. I left a message to cancel my appointment since I have evening plans.

I had Three Light Fixtures replaced with modern ones. I had one 60 watt LED bulb replaced. I wanted to have a track light installed with (4) pendants and also two exterior lights at the garage door, but the time was short and will have to schedule it for another day. Really awesome work and fast.

I purchased the 2 hour special for $111 They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Sent reminder of appointment, sent update on anticipated arrival time, sent update on exact arrival time. Customer service girls are very helpful and polite. Wish all companies were more like this!

They came out on Saturday, and they said that if we didn't have the parts, they were going to charge us $40 to go buy the parts a mile away. We told them to tell us what to buy and we would get them. They wanted us to pay up front for what was to be done, and my husband said that he would pay for them coming out but not for the work. They came out yesterday at 8 at night. We had company coming in so we wanted it done by Sunday, but it didn't work out. The price was good, and the work that they did was good. They took our phone call, it just took longer than we thought it would. On some orders, they give a disclaimer about the parts, and we went through our emails and there was nothing about us having to get the parts. He was going to be here yesterday between 2 and 6 and at 6 o clock we hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the office, and they said he would be here 2 hours later. We had waited 4 hours on Saturday. They were okay, it just didn't work out as we wanted it to.

Very helpful technicians, and they were very speedy.

I'm very unhappy with the service. There was a box installed before the light fixture, but they did not secure the box correctly before wiring the light. My light is not properly secured to the wall, so water or other things might get in there. I would not recommend them.

The servicemen were punctual and came ready to work. They were even kind enough to purchase the materials needed for the recessed lighting in the kitchen and brought them to my home. They installed everything in about two hours allotted and only charge me fore a quarter hour even though I went over by 30 minutes. I will certainly use them again

Just realized I never finished this review. These guys were awesome. Did what I wanted and some that I didn't expect. There was some confusion at one point but once it was clarified work progressed smoothly. I'm finishing this because I started looking up their information to do some further work. That should be enough of a review right? They're so good I am using them again.

Checked breaker that kept tripping and found that it was loose.

Scheduling was very easy and professional. They were able to give me the exact time and day that I had first requested. Austin was the electrician that did the work. He was very professional. He worked carefully and quickly, informing me of his progress along the way. He was also very careful not to mess up the paint on the walls etc. He was very thorough and cleaned up better than most contractors I have used in the past. I plan on using them again and will request Austin to the work. I would highly recommend Speedy based on my first experience with them.

Speedy Electric and AC came out about 12:30PM and rewired and reinstalled the cook top after it was taken out for the granite we had installed. The two men who came out were very professional and did the work to my satisfaction. It took them about an hour to do the work. They tested the cook top to make sure it works and cleaned up after themselves.

The replacement went well. The installation crew showed up when schedule and they replace the unit in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and the unit works well. Very happy with the job.

They were great. I plan on using this service again.

Original tech didn't have the diagnostic equipment so they had to reschedule. Set 2nd appointment for Friday morning because I was hosting a holiday party that evening. I got a phone call Friday stating that tech wouldn't be there until after 5 which wouldn't work because I was expecting guests to arrive at that time. Appointment was set for then following week and tech was able to diagnose the short and fix it in the panel. Was satisfied with the fix but I did have to run extension cords to the equipment in the rooms that were affected by the short for the party. I wanted to have the fix done before the party and is the reason for the B grade in responsivness.

Speedy Electric was responsive, punctual, and their prices were not outlandish. The outlets function as they should, but the conduit isn't exactly straight. So while serviceable and pretty good overall, this might not be the company for perfectionists searching for new installation.
