It went very well. Both electricians went to work right away and finished their assignments. They were friendly but focused on their job.

The young men who came to make the repairs were friendly, polite and professional. The performed the repairs in a timely manner and cleaned up everything perfectly. I was very impressed with their respectful and helpful demeanor. I was satisfied with the experience and would use Speedy Electric again in the future.

Servicemen appeared on schedule, performed work in a timely manner including trip to Home Depot for supplies and provided all services within contracted 2 hour time frame. Very courteous and helpful with tips for the future should same problems reoccur. Will definitely consider for future electrical projects.

This was a $99 for 2 hours special. It actually only took two service men about 45 minutes but it was worth it. The scheduling was easy. They arrived in the window of time I was given and they were quick.

Probably one of the best overall customer service experiences I have had in quite a while! Gentlemen (and I use that term purposely) arrived on time, with a smile on his face and an "attitude" of professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. He not only resolved my issue quickly, but took the time to show me how to prevent future problems. I was so impressed, I asked him if he had time to check out a couple of other electrical and air conditioning concerns. Without hesitation, he advised me on several options on how best and most economically take care of both. I will be calling them back soon to schedule, based upon his advice and my wonderful experience!

As a Realtor, I am always expanding my lists of good service professionals. I periodically try new providers. Speedy Electric & A/C thoroughly checked out my two heating systems today. Filters were changed and no additional repairs were needed. From the moment I spoke to Jennifer on the phone, I felt that I was in good hands. Justin was punctual, responsive, and thorough in checking my systems.

The electrician (can't remember his name--Austin maybe?) had to replace an old ceiling fan with a recent model. The method of installation of the old fan presented some problems, but he dealt with it well. He also gave me some good advice about other electrical tasks I'll be dealing with. Great experience!

The two men were punctual, well-spoken, and friendly. We discussed options and instead of moving the can light, they suggested I replace it with a spot light for the picture on the wall and add the additional light box for the yet to be purchased chandelier. It was not what I had originally intended, but it was a good suggestion that saved me money on drywall repair if they had removed the can light. Overall very pleased with the job and would use them again.

Serviceman showed up when expected and did the work to our satisfaction.

They arrived on time- and repaired my light sensor on the front porch lights. They offered to go purchase the part at a local hardware store; I wasn't aware I needed to buy the hardware in advance. They repaired that fixture and also saw that my floor lights weren't working and took care of it at the same time. They replaced light bulbs in all the fixtures. They were professional, prompt, timely, and very helpful in taking care of all the projects that I needed to be handled.

The two men who came to the house were professional and respectful. They took care to keep my house clean and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. They check all 4 attic spaces for any additional wiring fire hazards. I would use them again any day.

The young lady answering the phone was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have always used Angie's list anytime I needed at my home or my families homes and have always been very pleased...... Until now.

They are telling me that I will have to give them an extra $69 on top of the $99 I already purchased because I want a chandelier moved from one house to another and not one room to another.

went well overall. just need to read the fine print. the details to the coupon was for one workman and then two workman and they sent two it decreased the value of the coupon. it's fine i should of read the details more carefully. we were told they always send two guys never just one. then I was like: then why have that on the coupon; seemed a little deceiving. but they did very good work. and i am pleased with the result.

I purchased the special from Speedy Electric & A/C of one electrician for two hours or two electricians for one hour at the cost of $99.00. I wanted twenty of my electric outlets replaced with new outlets. I purchased the outlets and had them ready for the electrician. It was easy to work with Speedy's office for a convenient time to have my work done. Two electricians came, Jerry and T. J., and they worked quickly to get all twenty outlets changed out in one hour. I had not purchased the correct outlet (1 GFI) for a bathroom, but the electricians had one on the truck which I purchased for $20.00. I appreciated that the electricians worked so quickly so that I would not have an additional charge for extra time. I will call Speedy Electric & A/C for any additional electrical work that I may need, and feel comfortable in giving them an excellent recommendation to others who may need their services. I will request Jerry and T. J. if they are available.

The promotion was slightly misleading in that it advertised two hours of electic work for the promoted price. When the representatives arrived, I discovered that they had two electricians, one apparently an apprentice, so I only received one hour of service with the two electricians. I ultimately got the work done that I had in mind, but I really feel like more work could have been done if I'd received two hours with a non-apprentice type electrician.

I have used Speedy Electric for several years, and I have never been disappointed with their work. I usually describe exactly what I want done with each visit, and they come prepared with the equipment they need. They honestly try to complete the work within 2 hours, but if it takes longer, then I pay them for the extra time. One thing I have learned in working with people who do repairs (or other things I can't do) is to respect their work and the person doing them. If you have that attitude, you will get stellar service from everyone.
