Purchased a $99.00 Big Deal to do these jobs. Two electricians arrived so services were for one hour. They showed me that prior electrician did not install correct weatherproof outdoor GFCI which is why it was not working. They arrived on time, were courteous, however they did not clean up their work area once complete - left the debris, wire trimmings etc. on kitchen counter top and on the bathroom floor which I had to clean up. Overall a good experience but suggest they clean up their work area as a part of their service.

They couldn't do the stuff that I had asked about, and since I had made them appointment, they did something else. I called them to have them do some work on data lines, and when they got there, they said they didn't do work on the data lines, so they did an okay job on the plug. The interaction with them was fine. I paid an additional $25. The biggest problem was that they couldn't do what I wanted them to do.

The deal was misleading. It was just supposed to be two guys but it was one man and he had another guy training. They installed light fixtures.They guy did a wonderful job. He was doing the work by his self but the other guy was on the job training. So it was not like they could go their separate way and do different jobs. In two hours I would have gotten more than two light fixtures. If both guys had the same knowledgeable base in installing more work would be done. The next guy told me that he was just filling in because he is rally a maintenance guy who did the furnace and stuff. The company’s advertising was misleading.

The big deal was for 2 hours, but they were 2 of them, so they did an hour. I felt they could have done more in an hour. I had to pay $20 additionally, as they had to put some material to run the lines. They were on time, and they seemed knowledgeable. One light stayed on after they fixed it, and the second one was dim. They replaced one light and that one works well. The other two don't. They said that there was something wrong with the fixture, and not the line, so I had to take it down, and take it back to where I got it from.

Scheduling went well...called right before Thanksgiving and they set me up for the following Wednesday. I called to confirm what materials I would need for the install and they were helpful in calling the electrician so I could ask my questions. I'm glad I called b/c I think I was not on the schedule, maybe b/c I called right before the holidays, but it wasn't a problem b/c they still came out on the original time and day I requested. I also requested they call 30 minutes in advance to give me an idea of arrival time and they did. Kenneth and Everett showed up right on time, were polite and professional. I have an older house so I was concerned about the time it would take given that I have a solid wood wall (aka shiplap) behind my sheetrock. I purchased the 2 hours of work for $99 and supplied the materials. They went right to work. Did a great job and even helped alleviate some of the tension b/w my tenant and I while the work was being done...they had great attitudes and cleaned up when finished. I was concerned that it might take longer than 2 hours, but they finished with time to spare. Was very pleased as some folks could take advantage of the situation and take longer, ie charge more. Was pleased with the job, their service and honesty. I would use them again.

It went very well. It's excellent all the way down. It didn't cost more than the big deal purchase. They came in and they gave me good advice. They did what they're supposed to do.

Called Speedy and set up an appointment for 12/1/14 AM. This Morning Speedy's Office called and told me the Electricans would be at my residents about 9 AM. Two Electricans showed up on time, very professional, ask what I needed completed and started working. Both guys were knowledgeable and completed all the task within their time frame ( One Hour - Two Electricians ). I expected to be upsold on something but it did not happen, they did the job, cleaned up, thanked me and left. Good Deal.

The furnace was inspected and cleaned. Since Speedy had performed annual check last year there was nothing to repair. I mentioned we were putting our house on the market and technician showed me picture of what looked like electrical tape holding part of a pipe together which was not up to code so Speedy repaired it. I'm glad the tech. took a picture of it and repaired me. Saved me time and money.

Two electricians arrived, each took one of the two jobs. I had already cut the opening for the outlet, and supplied the box, Romex and ground fault outlet. This job took about 40 min. For the fans under the arbor, I securely installed the two "pancake" boxes that the first electrical (years ago) hadn't done correctly. I mounted the irons on the blade while the electrician made the electric hookup. The first electrician joined us at the arbor and completed the wiring. Total time for them was a few minutes over an hour. I installed the blades and snapped in the wiring harnesses for the switches - no real electrical skill required for these tasks. I recommend that, when you order a fixed price Big Deal, if you can you should do the little non-skill elements of the job yourself, then turn the rest over to the pros. By the way, there was no travel time or service call charge in this deal, $99 was all I paid.

He was wonderful. He answered all my questions without hesitation. So nice to have someone to count on now...I'll be calling Speedy Electric to send him out personally...he was just so nice to deal with. Thanks again!

MAINLY REPLACED BULBS THAT I COULD NOT REACH, AND DID A GOOD JOB. I'M SATISFIED WITH THIRE WORK.

Our house was built in 1939 and house so many different types of wiring. The two electricians worked together, 1 inside and 1 outside to be as efficient as possible. They were quick and got so many things on my list done.

I was very pleased with all aspects of Speedy Electric, from the scheduling to completion. Austin and Sergio replaced my ceiling light fixture with a chandelier. They were efficient, neat and professional. They were on time and very helpful and informative, answering all my questions. I was impressed with them and received bids for future projects. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

I was not happy about the service. I didn't feel like it was first class service. They should have been able to complete this service within the two hour time frame but they didn't so I have to pay the extra cost for them to complete the service.

They never did work. They told me I would need an appliance provider to complete the work that needed to be done. The job was more appliance related and not so much electrical.

Their name is speedy and they definitely were speedy. They showed up like they promised. They did the work. I was very pleased with the service I got as well as their professionalism and everything. It was great.

Both guys were great and worked with urgency. They did everything we asked them to do and would definitely use them again.

The guys were very good. They checked the furnace, recommended a couple of items, which I decided to wait on, and completed the check up. All went well and I'd gladly refer others to them. Good Job guys.....

The tech Justin, arrived onsite. He was very professional and friendly and did a thorough check of my gas furnace in addition to checking on the carbon monoxide level in my home (of which there was none thank goodness) He answered all my questions...and there were several, to my satisfaction. Should I have a need in the future, I will definitely be calling them.

I used Speedy in the Spring for a A/C checkup, using a Big Deal, and was happy with their work, so was glad to see a Fall Big Deal. On neither trip was the tech keen to wash the filter, but in Spring he did. This time I said I'd do it. No big deal.
