Minor job but performed in a timely and efficient manner.

Okay, not great. Could have fit another job into time frame but said they could not. Your review was for the jobs from your second crew; Mike and Johnny, who were AWESOME! This review was on March 31. They fixed one light on back porch...that was it. Waste of money. Now, Mike and Johnny (end of July) were amazing and fixed lots of things.

The provider installed light fixtures outside the house. They did that correctly. I had specifically told the person that answered the phone to schedule the service that I had an issue with a canister light in the kitchen. When they came out the electrician looked at it and said that it was a faulty connection and that he had fixed it. NOT! The light is still not fixed. Also no one bothered to call and check what I thought of the service.

It went very well. They got right to work on the issues and were quick and efficient. I was short a light switch replacement that generally costs less than a dollar at Home Depot but they charged me 12.00 for it since I didn't have it. Lesson learned - make sure you if all the parts you will need or you will be paying 12x the price for the part from them.

It went good. I had the deal where it was $99. 00 for one tech for two hours or two techs for one hour. Austin explained everything very well, broke down the costs on things i wanted to do in the future like relocating the breaker panel. He did all he could in the time he was there. Will use again in the future.

The service was okay. It was not that much of a deal. It was two people and one seemed to be very much like an apprentice. So, I think it took much longer than if it were actually two professionals that came. They ended up charging me extra. I believe it ended up being another $75. So, I would not be using them again. They were pretty prompt. They give you like a four-hour window and they call you beforehand. They were within the window. I would tell a friend to not bother because they can get the same price for someone else. Their job was okay, but it was not so much a Deal. It was not exceptional or anything. It was not that complicated of a job. Their responsiveness is probably better.

Eventually went well. Called and clearly explained that a quote was needed of what work to be done. After they checked everything out, they stated that their time in determining the need is part of the 2 hour special and therefore, it would cost more to actually do the work. When called, it was stated that someone was to come out to quote only...not do the work because per coordinator was not sure what work we wanted to agree to; therefore, wouldn't be able to decided on the spot, what work to complete. After several conversations with management, things were resolved.

All went well. They were on time and did the maintenance we purchased.

Initially, they did well. I did find, however, a spare accent part in the box that was accidentally left off the fan. I called them back and they put the part on the fan. I give them an A because they totally took care of us. We would use them again! Thank you very much!!

The vendor responded quickly, the appointment was set quickly, the electricians showed up on time and with all needed tools, completed the work promptly and were polite. They did quality work on things I probably could have done myself over a much longer time and without the proper tools.

Junior and Luis arrived on time and were very professional. The job took less time than the Big Deal I purchased required. They fixed and addressed the two issues I had very quickly. I would definitely rehire.

Austin (electrian) was great. Grasped what I wanted to do and was able to come up with solutions to fit our needs.

It went very well. I made the purchase and spoke with the company very soon after. I was impressed with the questions they asked simply because they needed to know what the job would entail. From that stand point, it was great The problem was with what the installer told me after he was here (and he did a very good job, so the quality of the work isn't an issue). This deal is $99 for 2 hours of work with one electrician or 1 hour of work with 2 electricians. No problem. I knew what I needed done was very straight forward. I was surprised to see 2 electricians here for a basic job. When I mentioned that, I was told Speedy always sends out 2 men to a job because they never knew what they were going to come up against. And when I mentioned the Angie's List deal, it's as if the wind was blowing. I was told by the man that the deal specified 2 men for 1 hour. Well, no, it doesn't. Ultimately it was no big deal because what I needed done was finished in 45 minutes, but you will want to be VERY certain that the deal you purchase is what you get. Not sure where the breakdown is for them, but if they "always send 2 men", then their deal needs to be changed to reflect that. Otherwise it was a fast and easy job, and I'm very happy with the results.

The provider showed up on-time. To everyone's surprise, the new ceiling fan we bought from HomeDepot was defective with the incorrect blades in the package. They have to return in two days and get the fan installed. Great, clean and professional job.

Could not have gone better. Austin and Bryan, the 2 gentlemen that did the job was very kind, efficient and seemed to really care about their work and pleasing the customer. I would definitely use Speedy Electric again.

The men showed up on time and got right to work. They were very professional and fast. I have used them, Speedy Electric, before and I will continue to use them.

The deal was two hours of electrician work for $99.00. Two men showed up, and after one hour they said time was up because there were two of them. The only problem was that one of them was unable to repair things on his own and needed the older electrician to help him, so I didn't feel like that was two hours' worth of work.

It went well. The fan was a unique style too and they completed the installation in a timely manner. They were very friendly as well.
