They are very fast and very thorough. They are knowledgeable, and they always give me advice for going forward. I know that they do not try to get me to buy things or do jobs that I do not need. They are always on time, and very professional.

Excellent!!! From start to finish, Speedy Electric performed superbly. I was able to receive service the day after my initial call and was informed throughout the process of when my technician would arrive; I was even sent a map showing his current location and estimated time of arrival at my home. I was given a window of 1-5 pm for my service appointment and the electrician arrived shortly after 1 o'clock. He was very professional and courteous throughout his service call and performed his work in a prompt, efficient manner. I tried Speedy Electric because of their great reviews on Angie's List and those reviews proved to be true!!!

Said they can't fix. Just electric work.

It is silly to require 10 words to describe it, taking up my time, when the single word "Great" would suffice.

They came in and did what they had to do. They were pretty fast!

I asked him to come check out the breaker box to check out the wiring i had suspicion about, before i arrived he was already installing a copper ground rod that he said I needed. He installed it with out my permission and it ran me an extra $125 dollars that i was not anticipating. The actual work and only thing i wanted him to do was to check the wiring inside the breaker box.... With my permission he installed the 20 amp breaker for $80... which i think is over priced. So over all I was not pleased because they came in and starting working with out me instructing them on what i wanted them to look at and what services to perform. Before i could even tell them they already had the bill ready and just needed my payment, what could i do when the work is done and they just need my credit card information? I feel like i was taken advantage off. I will not use them again, because i felt like they just wanted to get the work done and leave as soon as possible with out giving me the time of day to explain my concerns.

They did a good job. They came out did what they were supposed to do and left. Very good, wonderful. A great company to do business with, very reliable.

The technicians did a good job with the work, but failed to quote me any prices after assessing the project. They told me it was based on an hourly rate before they started, so I was under the assumption it was an hourly rate. My final bill was $444.00 for less than 3 hours of work. They charged me $120 to install a ceiling fan that took them under 10 minutes to install. Their install price was more expensive than the actual fan I purchased today. I called and asked to be directed to management and they said a manager would call me back and they failed to call me back.

We were in a very tight scheduling dilemma and Speedy was completely booked but made room for us. They were extremely professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will use them for all of our electrical needs. A+++++++

They were a no show! I took a day off of work for this company!!!!!!

I called Speedy electric on 11/22 for an appointment. I had an Angie's list coupon for $85.50. I was told they did not use Angie's list anymore, but they would still honor the coupon. The lady asked me to read the coupon to her and I did then the appointment was set. The guy showed up to my home within the stated time frame (this is in no way a reflection on him) and said he did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the fan to safely work. He went back to his truck to call the office to get me rescheduled. I then got a call from the same lady I spoke with on 11/21 and she told me she could not honor the coupon because the fan install was not basic. She did not ask me any information over the phone other than to read the coupon to her. I was then quoted a price of $275!!!! That is more than I paid for the fan. I decided not to reschedule the appointment and she told me if I could not find a company to beat that price to call them back. I am assuming she said that because other companies may charge the same. If that is the case I may have to pay that amount, but it will not be to this company because of the lack of due diligence in the initial phone call. It was a waste of my time and theirs. I do not mind paying for a service, but I do not like to be surprised due to lack of diligence in getting appropriate information up front.

It went great. Technician was professional and we'll definitely use Speedy Electric again.

They did a fine job. They were fine. They came on time. They worked for two hours. They asked if I needed anything else. They accomplished everything I asked them to do.

No complaints. Discussed limitations [can't repair holes required to be cut in drywall] before starting. Cleaned up dry wall shavings afterwards.

Turns out i needed a new breaker amp and they added the "proper ground" with out my permission. I was not expecting to have that problem and it was the most costly as well,

Robert, the electrician, was very professional. The job was done nicely and in the time manner.

Fine until my upstairs unit went out at the end of July. Another service person came out and added coolant never mentioning to me there was a leak so I paid over $400 for that service. Then at the end of August the quit working again. The young man that came out was very apologetic but I was going to have to replace the unit or try to plug the leak for another $400+. My question was why the person before him didn't tell me there was a leak and I could have taken care of the problem then. All the service people were very courteous but I will not use them again.

Their work is good but their scheduling system is terrible. They actually do good work. I have 5 rental properties. If I scheduled at one house, they'll show at a different house. The cost is inexpensive. I like them because they're quick. My only issue is their scheduling. They're reasonable. The guys do a good job. Pricing is great. It's very reasonable.

They did good work. It’s just the charge went from $135 to 300 and something. For some reason it took them longer than what I really felt it should have been. I only counted on spending $135. So I was a little disappointed in that. Overall the work was exceptional.
