Description of Work: Replaced four plug outlets in my kitchen and checked one light fixture in the ceiling. Replacing the plugs was a breeze, the fixture in the ceiling was beyond repair. I had purchased the big deal, two hours of electrical work for $99. Two electricians showed up meaning I received one hour of work for the two of them. They did a great job with the outlets and diagnosing the ceiling fixture but the eyes were always on the clock. It felt very rushed and I feel like I received my $99 worth but not the $200 worth at which the Big Deal was valued. It was likely my fault for the fixes that I chose but I can't think of what other electrical jobs could have been done in an hours time even by two electricians. I would likely use this company again as they did a good job at what they did but I would pay for the services differently, either by the hour or by the project and not as a Big Deal. It's just too rushed.

Description of Work: Removed one recessed light and installed 3 pendant lights in kitchen. Although it took a while for them to arrive, I was not charged for the travel time. I used Angie's list big deal for the first hour of work then paid extra for the next hour. Since there were 2 workers involved, this amounted to 4 man hours of work. I am pleased with the work they _x000D_|performed and they tidyed up after themselves._x000D_|

We reviewed your invoice & talked to the electrician that did your Angie's List $199 Panel Inspection. Everything checked out fine with your Sylvania breaker panel (123v to ground 248v phase to phase). All your breakers were working & wires were all installed per code. The panel was already properly labeled. There were no problems or repairs need for your panel. The electrician did take care of some minor electrical needs you had that was not covered by the coupon, at no additional charge, because there were no panel repairs needed. He also left you with an estimate to add a circuit to your upstairs bathroom, & to replace your panel with a new panel & breakers, per your request. We feel like he did everything that was included in the coupon plus more. Please call us if you still feel like you did not get the service you thought you purchased through Angie's List Big Deal so we can make you another one of our satisfied customer.
