Description of Work: There was an outlet that did not work, which they fixed. I also pointed out a problem with my ceiling fan which they also repaired. They were on time and did not take long. I am very satisfied and will use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Our primary goal was to separate the ceiling fan light switch control from the fan on/off control; that is each function with its own switch. There was some miscommunication and this was not done. However, the tech did install new outlets satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Didn't come prepared even though I gave a list to three person who book the appointment of what needed to be done. They didn't have a particular tool or parts that was needed .they were able to do the fix without the tool only because what that need to be fixed was near the switches . One worker went to the nearby hardware store to get the part needed causing a half hour overcharge .

Description of Work: They did some work but couldn't do the other things I needed because of code. They were nice and helpful but I would probably not use them again as they didn't seem to have a very well stocked truck.

I show we did a 2 hours for $99 Big Deal for you in November where we removed (2) ceiling fans & installed (2) light fixtures in your living room & also removed (2) sconce lights by front door and replaced with new ones. Our records do not show that we did any work for you in March. You may have submitted your review on the wrong company by mistake. If that is the case we would like to ask that you please update the review, if this review is on the work we performed then we apologize if you feel like you did not get your money's worth of labor from the coupon you purchased. (The retail price for the work we did would have been $289)

Description of Work: It went ok. But when we had them come out again to do work after our air conditioner went belly up, a gentleman came, took a look and what was wrong and then said the service company was going to follow up (we needed an new ac unit) and they never called back. I went with our maintenance guy who got a new one and put it in within 4 hours of our call to him.

They were very courteous and professional in replacing a GFI that had gone bad and rewiring two ceiling fans that were wired wrong. |Additional, they attempted to salvage a can light that had a bulb installed incorrectly. |We are VERY satisfied with the work they performed.
