They came out shortly after the purchase of the deal. I was not at home at the time I think my wife was and I'm unsure if there were any additional costs. I would tell friends and family that they are good and I would recommend them, they were on time and they fixed the problem.

There were 2 gentlemen and they worked for 1 hr. Very polite, effecient and they just were putting their best to complete as much possible in an hr.

It went well. We had them out and they were supposed to flush the line as part of what it says on there. He didn't even go into the attic at all which is where the unit was and said, okay, you're good. I told my wife and said, hold on, he didn't even go into the attic unit. No, not at all. I called up the office and said, look we paid for this and we're supposed to get the flush of the line. They said, oh, I'm so sorry, I'll send him back out there. He comes back out and evidently, he poured some anti-algae solution down the drain. That's not flushing the line. I have talked to people before and afterwards. What's supposed to have happened is using a vacuum, to either suck out or blow out the pipe. As a result of him not doing what he was supposed to do, it ended up clotting water into our ceiling later on because he didn't flush it out. I had someone else to do it even though we paid for them. It took them a few days to get back with us. Once they said they were going to be here, they were there. The work wasn't completed right. They could've done what was listed the first time. When I called the Supervisor, she verified that yes, the flush was definitely supposed to have been done.

When I called, they scheduled the repair for the following day. Mikey and Miranda arrived at the scheduled time, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and were finished within a half hour. They were very professional and explained the problem clearly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The company called before coming out. They were actually earlier than the original appointment. They assessed the problem, and quickly repaired it.

Technician showed up promptly. Discover electrical circuit was not working and had to get it replaced. All went well and very professional.

Generally the service was fine. When the ceiling fan was installed, it wobbled. The service person explained that the fan needed to be balanced (it came with some little metal weights to put on the blades for that purpose), but said that they don't do that because it is a lot of trial and error and takes a long time. I found that rather strange. It seems to me that properly balancing the fan should be part of the installation.

Desired work was not covered by the Big Deal special.

I purchased a Big Deal for this company. It was $99 for 2 hours labor. The 2 electricians arrived on time and were polite and clean. One had more of a leader roll. He did all the talking and advising, in addition to doing half the work. Because there were 2 people, the work was done within the deal price. The only reason I paid more was because I wanted to get the advice on various areas in my home, so my time went over. Because my home has aluminum wiring, the electrician must make an adjustment when updating a light fixture or switch. I normally do these myself, but want to make sure the fixtures are 100% safe.

Jason and Dustin both arrived promptly, were very professional and efficient in replacing 2 fans, checking an electrical stove burner and removing a broken bulb part from its socket. They were in and out in under 45 minutes. Very efficient! I would call this company again. Thank you, Patty Nagle

Would have liked a 4 hr window on when the service would be done for better planning as we ended up rescheduling once. Once the provider was here, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Able to get everything done in the time allotted, Would use again.

They showed up on time, and performed all of work I requested in less than an hour. They were very friendly and professional.

Showed up late then charged for extra time. It is incorrectly advertised there are NOT 2 electricians. One electrical and one helper so together one hour of work. Helper has little electrical knowledge. Waste of money.

They showed up when they were supposed to show up. I really didn't have any issues with them. They did have to work a little passed the 2 hours that I paid for, but it was discussed beforehand and I agreed to the extra charge.

Jason is a highly qualified craftsman, had latest equipment to isolate faults, and took extra steps to ensure a high-quality job. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism displayed in the service experience.

This deal is truly a deal - just plan ahead with your own parts if it is something specific you want. Each time I use this company, they show up when they are supposed to - and work later into the day if necessary to get to you. Very pleased with their services.

The first person they sent over did not seem to do a thorough inspection before telling me to contact Oncor, as he suspected it was a problem with the electrical supply. When that turned out not to be the case, they sent out another team that found the real issue, which was needing to replace the outside breaker box. The second team that they sent was very responsive, courteous, prompt, and did a great job to resolve the problem.

Awesome job. Promptly scheduled. Service techs actually showed up early. Did a great job. In and out, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use again. Great job.
