Description of Work: Technician was great! However, price said 2 hours for $99. What I received was 2 guys for 1 hour. The second electrician was in training and all he did was hand supplies to technician. Main man had hurt arm. This was a ripoff. When I called and complained, they gave me an hour and a half. |CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSE BECAUSE CONTRACTOR HAS INJURED EMPLOYEE. Not happy with Speedy Electric's policies. Not electricians fault.

Thank you for your Angie's Lists review. The time policy on the coupon you purchased is set by Angie's List. One technician for 2 hours or 2 technicians for one hour. For safety reasons, our policy is to send two employees. As you have noted, we did give your an additional 30 minutes of labor at no additional cost. We only charged you for materials used.
