Description of Work: Two (2) electricians were sent instead of 1 for 2 hours. The first electrician replaced about half of the outlets in the kitchen (I was hoping for all) and the other electrician installed a ceiling light fixture. They were not able to complete all the tasks I wanted as they ran into a problem with the original house wiring. When they left my lights in my living room and entryway were not working, I called the Company and they sent out two new electricians the first thing the next morning! The electricians had talked with the original electricians to know what to do and the problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes after their arrival! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I highly recommend this Company!

Our electricians were there on 6/30/14 and the customer did not have a ceiling fan brace to hold the extra weight of the fan which was needed for safety. The customer was going to get the brace and call us back. We have not heard from the customer and we made several attempts to call back to schedule the work. On 8/3/14 we removed this from our schedule as we could not make contact. We are still willing to schedule and do the work if the customer has the part and will call us to get it scheduled.
