Description of Work: Asked to have 6 timer switches installed. 3 of which were Lutron Automic switches 3 pole. I explained on the phone when setting up call that these were the products to install...Brand new in package. | |Installers had 2 hours to do the work, 2 people for two hours and 6 switches... they didnt not install half of the switches correctly (chose not to read instructions first or second time). Then after installing incorrectly and taking 3 hours they tried to charge me $150 extra of overage (to not even get these installed right) - I complained, they called owner and she "reduced" to ONLY $75 extra. Most basic of all electical work and they didnt get it right and infact charged me more... | |Would not recommend!

Thank you for your review. We do apologize for the extra time it took to install the switches that were provided. It does take time to set up timers and switches to communicate to each other. Description of Work: I had them come out for the first time and they fixed a security light and told me that my electrical box was not grounded. They gave me a list of supplies to correct. I purchased the supplies and had them come out again. The found that the box WAS grounded. They installed sensors for the security lights and added a remote for my fan. What they did was good but I did not appreciate the misdirect on the grounding issue.

See above. All is good!
Description of Work: I had a breaker that would not hold and found out it was some wires in the attic that were chewed by animals in my attic. They fixed them and all was well until 3/4/2015. It happened again so they came out 3/6/15 and discovered a wire that was out side to a fixture we had removed off of a wing wall had a problem so they disconnected it from the attic. Now all is well and they did not charge me for the return visit!

Description of Work: I needed my electricity checked since I had started blowing the circuit breaker and my closet and bathroom lights were out. I also wanted the vent fan in my bathroom replaced. The found I had several loose connections and are coming back to put in the fan. I needed several parts for the fan instillation and it was going to require a new line placed so they decided to do it at another time and with a second person to make it faster and less expensive for me.

Description of Work: After a rough start (they had to reschedule because they did not send a truck that could fit in the parking garage the first time even though I stated this upfront), everything went well. The men were professional and courteous throughout the jobs, even dealing with my building turning them away from parking in the garage for silly rules I was not aware existed.
