Thank you for taking the time to review our business. It is unfortunate that things did not go as planned on the day of your service. Our HVAC technicians run both service and tune-up calls during the day. On this particular day, the call ahead of yours had multiple issues that prohibited my technicians to getting to your residence on time. When the day is initially laid out, we have no way of knowing what issues may arise on each call, and we will work each call until it is complete. We could not leave that call without the homeowner having working air conditioning because of the hot summer temperatures. This is the same courtesy we provide to each one of our calls. We did contact you to advise that we were running behind, and that you were next on the schedule as soon as the previous job was complete. When we schedule appointments, we provide a 30-45 minute notice so that you don't have to stay home all day if it is not necessary. We also could have re-scheduled you for a different day. I apologize that you were unhappy, and chose to cancel your Big Deal purchase. During these hot summer months, circumstances do arise during the day, and the delay was not avoidable.
