Satisfactorily.
Description of Work: Purchased 2 $39 a/c service call big deals. Logistics went well. Two gentlemen worked on my two units. Replaced filters w ones I provided. Found two problems w one unit. Fixed them on same visit w/o add'l labor charge. Paid abt $400 for the parts and freon.

Description of Work: All went fine. Jason came by to do the work and he got it quickly done. I did have some old wire that needed replacing in order to hang and outdoor light that I originally contacted them about. That did result in an extra charge, but that was fine as the old wire needed replacing. I was very placed with their service and with Jason.

Description of Work: We needed our front landscape lights fixed as well as our doorbell. They (fairly) didn't have the parts to fix the landscape lights but they fixed the doorbell quickly. The ONLY reason I gave less than A's is because the lady who does the scheduling was rude, kept putting me on hold, and I didn't feel like she should have been using the ugly tone with me that she was when she was the one who mishandled the scheduling. I was told 9a-11a appt and the gentlemen showed up at 545p. Super nice and efficient techs though

Description of Work: They inspected and tested my 6-yr old unit. After six years outdoors, it needed to be cleaned, which they did for $90. We noticed a leak from the secondary pipe a few days after, so they came back and comped me on the service call. Great guys on both visits.
