We employee only licensed technicians & electricians that specialize in residential & light commercial service & repairs. We also have crews that specialize in fire & water restoration and HVAC and electrical wiring for remodels & additions. We have 5 dispatchers on staff to quickly assist you & schedule your service request. Our phones are also answered 24/7 by a company dispatcher that can assist you with scheduling. We service all Brands of HVAC equipment & we are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.

Description of Work: AC was not cooling properly. The first time service was performed he said if it was still not working to call back. When I called back the lady said they were overbooked and under staffed so I needed to wait an additional 4 days with the house at 89 degrees. The second and third time they came out they repeated the same thing the first guy did. When asked why I was told he needed to check the other guys work. The next day the ac was working worse than the first time they came out. My house was now over 92 degrees. I called another company. When the new company examined it they stated besides not fixing it the guy at Speedy also wired it wrong which is why the ac was working worse than when they started.

Your system had a floating restriction caused by a blocked condenser coil. We cleaned your coil & attempted to clear the restriction several times. Our records show that we did not replace any parts or change any wiring. We are glad to hear that your system was fixed to your satisfaction. Description of Work: It seemed at the time that everything was ok. Tech said he was master electrician and plumbing. Air went out 2 weeks later. Called someone else. Among other things they found a part put in by Speedy was the wrong part.
