In reviewing your appointment history, I see where at the initial appointment, there was an issue with the wiring of a photo cell, and we had to return to correct the issue. I certainly apologize for the inconvenience of having to schedule a second appointment to correct the wiring. In our industry, situations like this occasionally happen, but we stand behind our work, and will always insure that problems are corrected at no additional charge to the customer. Neither of those services would have a cardboard box inside of any portion of the equipment. To date, this is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction.
