Description of Work: Speedy Electric installed two overhead light fixtures with a switch. I provided the light fixtures and Speedy provided the labor and switches. There were two electricians and they completed the job in about an hour. Everything is working great two months later. They were quick and knowledgeable about running new electric lines to the fixtures and switches.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal to have a ceiling fan installed. The first time they came out, I had purchased the wrong kind of fan and it couldn't be installed because my ceilings were too low. Even though the guys had already done about 20 minutes of work, they told me to call once I got another fan and they would still install it for the price I'd already paid. I was amazed that they would do that. A few days later, Mike and Miranda installed the ceiling fan for me. They were on time, friendly, professional and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use Speedy Electric for any other electrical work I need done and to recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We had originally prepaid for two hours of electrical service as a gift for our daughter's home. Their plans for an update changed, so the service remain unused for months. We finally decided that we would call the provider to do work at our house (but wondered if the "contract" had expired since so much time had gone by). When I called, they immediately set up an appointment for us. We didn't need two full hours of work done here, but mentioned another possible project to the technician. After finishing the original project, he left to go pick up what he needed from the hardware store for the added project and came back promptly. I now have the laundry room light fixed (the original project) and a new light in the corner of my (previously dark) attic! I'm very pleased with all of it.

Description of Work: Bought the 99 dollar deal, Which included 1 hour of work. They replaced a ceiling fan upstairs and installing a light switch dimmer in the bathroom. |They were 10 mins early and ready to work/ |My only complaint was that they did not call or text in advance. | |They tried to install the dimmer switch, but it was faulty and did not work. |They installed another light, but that went over 30 mins, so I was charged $75

We were very early in the transition process with our new dispatching program, and were working out the "kinks". Our system texts or emails the homeowner when the technician is en route, and provides a link where the homeowner can follow their location to know the estimated time of arrival. This is a great system, however, if a cell phone number is put in the system incorrectly, this may cause issues. We are working every day to make sure that we resolve all of the communication situations, and your constructive criticism is very much appreciated.
