ROOFCO

The job was done professionally and when promised. The crew worked quickly to install new gutters all the way around the house with 10 downspouts and screens were installed over the gutters to keep out debris. These were aluminum seamless gutters.

They came on time and did the job in a day. The took everything off of the roof and replaced it all. They did a good job checking it after it was finished to make sure everything was working okay with my gutter system. The inspector came out and said that there was a small problem, so they came out that same afternoon the day after. They have been very good to work with.

Called them to set time to come look at house to get estimate. They provided estimate in timely manner. I accepted bid and they told me they would not be able to do project for two weeks, which was fine. They showed up about two weeks later as planned, but didn't bring a ladder that was tall enough. They placed gutter materials in my back yard. Over a week later they came out to install gutters, but didn't finish. They said they cut a piece too short. They left their ladder in the middle of my driveway. I had to call to see when they would come back. The weather was off and on with rain...but two days passed with overcast skies but no rain and no ROOFCO. So i had to look at their ladder and incomplete job a few more days...this is after I called and left a unflattering message. Anyway they finally came out and finished, but it took about 2 and a half weeks to put up about 30 minutes to an hour of gutters. No discount was offered for their delay and using my house as a storage facility.

They did an excellent job - the new guttering ties in beautifully with the existing guttering. It only took about 3 hours to complete the job and they cleaned up everything (which I really appreciate). This same company also installed the guttering at my son's home in The Colony and my other son's home here in McKinney, so I guess they go just about anywhere. There was a little bit of a delay scheduling the work to be done - but it was understandable as we had heavy rains for several weeks between bid time and getting the job done.
