NEEDHAM RE-ROOFING

They did it quickly, in 2 days and cleaned up well. My problem is that when we had that big rain on Monday Sept. 6, I began having water coming in my bathroom through a ceiling heating element, and for that much to come through I can only imagine what came into my attic. I began calling Needham's number that day and got a message that all circuits were busy. Called the agent who booked the work, but he no lomger works for them. Called a number I had for Craig Needham, who oversaw the work and it went to voive mail. Sent an e-mail request for a representative, no response. This went on for a week, so I called State Farm to see if they had heard anything about the company going out of business and they tried and failed to reach anyone. So I think I am stuck. I'll have to call a company from State Farm's list to check on what's wrong, do the repairs. What a breach of trust!!

They were very nice to work with and I almost went with them. They were all very nice and personable. They came over a lot of times to answer my questions; there were a lot issues as to how it needed to be done and they worked hard to try to address those. I ended up going with a company that my insurance company recommended and would back up if the roof wasn?t done right. Needham was my second choice. The only problem I had with them was that it took me a long time to get the exact estimate. I felt like I really had to ask them to please decide. They answered my calls when I called them and returned my calls right away but for some reason took forever to get the final bid to me. I liked the salespeople I was dealing with. Their price was comparable with everyone else?s.

They were recommended by a lot of family and friends. They showed us some samples and gave us an idea of what to expect. They haven't given us a quote yet. We have one more appointment. They have been very personable and they are always on time. They do a good job and go above and beyond what is expected.

They good part was I liked dealing with the sales rep. She was courteous and easy to reach. The things I didn't like is that they were a bit slow getting started. They were hard to reach because they have 2 branches. It was a bit frustrating. Overall they did a good job. It was done in 2 days. They did deal with the insurance company. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. They did a pretty good job cleaning up the yard.
