Great good and service!

BEWARE!!!!!

They send out a handsome fireman to sale you on their "stellar" work. They dryed out our house again after another company already did and charged double what the first company charged. (Fraud) Didn't step foot in our door for 16 weeks when we were out of temporary housing money. Finally started and 2 days later asked for all the money our insurance sent us for the complete job. Their estimate was twice as much as insurance and subsequent contractors estimate. They claimed they flood cut, repaired, and painted our garage in the "bill" but never touched the garage. (Fraud) They textured our lower walls with a completely different texture then the older part of the walls. They didn't cover any pin holes in the walls and tried to tell us even professional painters wouldn't cover them. They NEVER reached out to us, we had to call them to find out what was going on with our house. None of our outlet plates fit because of the terrible drywall job. (See photo) They left some of our cabinet doors outside and they were ruined. We ended up firing them and had to hire someone else to fix all their mistakes. Do not hire them! They will lie and cheat to get as much money out of as they can!

They did very well, kept in contact and everything that they discussed is done nicely.

They made it really easy, they handled everything with the insurance company, and good to work with.

They got it done, they were on time.

It was an excellent job, on time and they know what they are doing.

It was good. The work was good. They got it done to our specifications. They also did a couple of work for us.

We live in a small neighborhood, and Midlo hasn't left our neighborhood in over a year because they have so many jobs for doing such quality work. Mike is a hard working guy. He takes personal interest and does the job like it's for himself. His people are great too. One of his workers saw me outside doing yardwork, and he stopped to say hi, and ask how the work was holding up. He didn't have to do that, but they are a great group of people who genuinely care about the job.
