They never did the work. Had several phone calls and they even came out to estimate. But then he got sick? and never came back. Nor did he ever call again. And when I called, he wasn't available. So we had someone else do the work.

Extremely disappointed. A very unprofessional situation. Neither the store personnel nor the gentleman ever called, never showed up again, and we felt like 3rd class citizens because we live in a mobile home. We did finally find another source to fix things.

We have been buying carpeting, tile, wood, laminates, and lanoleum flooring from Jerry's J and W Carpet for over 30 years. There is not a flooring supplier in the world that I am aware of that can beat their price, service, professionalism, and overall quality. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

We have used Jerry's the last three times we have installed flooring. This time we compared them with Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidators has a good price and product, however, they refer you to outside installers. Jerry's provides the product, installation and guarantees the entire project. And, they had a better price. They are very professional, punctual and efficient. We took down "knick knacks" and they did the rest. It took them 7 hours to complete 3 bedrooms and a hall. They installed the bathroom tile another day and it only took a few hours. Our floors are beautiful and we are very happy. Jerry's is a family business and has been in business in Midlothian for many years. You will not be disappointed with Jerry's J & W Flooring.

No issues with the agreed to pricing, no work was performed beyond scope without a conversation and a quote. Pricing was competitive and the installers were very polite and cleaned up every day.

We had a slab leak so we went out to Jerry's to look at carpet samples. They sent some home with us. When we decided to move forward, Jerry himself came out to measure. We showed him the carpet sample we wanted and then they gave us a quote of around $600 (for carpet and install). We scheduled the install and the guys came out and were quick, professional and did a great job. Happy to have new carpet in our house!

We visited the store and brought our blueprints with us. we spent about 1 1/2 hours discussing carper, padding ,etc. They were very helpful and friendly with no pressure. We got a tenative quote. Later they came and measured a quote that was a little less than the estimate. We then asked for final pricing. The quote square footage increased slightly, however the cost per square yard was decreased.. A install date was set. They arrived a little late, worked to 9pm and finished the next day. They were careful with furniture and placed everything where we requested. The entire process went well and was without problems. We obtained other bids and they were very competitive. In fact the lowest bid.
