Excellent Service! The company called to confirm that the technician would arrive earlier than the scheduled time. The technician was professional and clearly a subject matter expert when it came to refrigerators. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issued and explained what he was doing and why. He clearly knew what he was doing (but to be sure I did my homework so I would be familiar with what he was talking about!). Bottom line their current A rating was well deserved. I would use Davids appliance Service again in a heartbeat!

I researched companies on Angie's list last night, I received a call from David's this morning based on my online activity. They were able to schedule a repair call this morning by 10 AM! The repairman said the compressor was bad and there was a possible Freon leak, so he recommended replacement, not repair, which I totally agreed with. No pressure to repair an old unit, just service call 69.00 plus tax

The serviceman was highly knowledgeable and helpful.

The serviceman and owner of company was highly skilled and familiar with old Maytags and their idiosyncrasies. He did some minor adjustments and clarified some noises from both appliances. I was very satisfied with his work and price.

Repair person showed up on time for both appointments. Work was well done and carried out efficiently. We will continue to use David's Appliance Service for all future repairs

Wonderful. David is a the owner and very nice guy. He was very efficient and honest. If we were staying in Texas I would use him again if needed. I am definitely giving his information to the new owners.

Called David's appliance in the early afternoon and he was here in about 2 hours. The repair took about an hour and he explained exactly what was broken and repaired it promptly. Very courteous and professional.

It went fine. The repair man was professional and worked quickly. He made recommendations on how to keep it from happening again. The markup on the motor was not unreasonable over internet prices. I was a little disappointed that they charged me two trip fees for the one repair.

Our oven wasn't heating properly. We called, got an appointment next day and the technician was great. Quick and easy!

My wife contacted them 3 weeks ago inquiring about a replacing the broken glass in our Oven door. She was told to call back with the Oven Model Number in order to place an order for the glass. My wife called back the next day with the Model Number, but have to leave a voice mail. Since we did not hear from them, my wife call two more times, and left voice mail each time. 10 day later (Monday Sep 15) I called and asked why no calls were return, after getting my information (name, address, etc) the lady on the phone said I am the only one setting appointments and never need the Model Number to do so, then she proceeded to ask me for the the Model Number. Her request really frustrated me and I said, you already have the model number. At this point she said and quot;sounds like we are not going to get along, you need to call somebody elseand quot;. They have provided good service on multiple occasions without issues.

He came in and ran diagnostic and didn't charge labor since he had the part needed. Showed up on time and knocked it out. Great job!

I found David's Appliance Repair on Angie's list after searching for a business in my area with good reviews. My Kitchenaid dishwasher door was literally flopping open. I messaged the business after hours and got called this morning right before they opened. They were able to schedule me today 1-5p. Chris arrived about 3 and was quick to find the problem. Very nice and professional young man. He had the parts and was able to repair the door as well as fix some wiring that hadn't been attached properly from a counter top recently replaced. He ran it a bit before he left to make sure there weren't any leaks as well. I am so pleased to find a local business that I can give accolades to !

The appointment was made through AHS. David was able to come the day I asked for service. He had to order parts, but was able to set the washer so I could wash small light loads in the meantime. He said the parts would arrive in a week and that was correct. He promptly called for the next appointment. Washer is more quiet than when it came out of the box. My experience with David's Appliance was positive and I would use them again.

Overall, I got my washer fixed, but is was nearly three weeks from the time I first called their service.

Our experiences with David's Appliance have been positive. We have used this company before to repair a problem prone Maytag Neptune front loading washer. I wanted to trash the washer but David's repaired it reasonably and I am still using the washer.

My dryer was making a loud noise that sounded like it was about to blow up. Called and got a serviceman out to take a look at it. Didn't have the part that was needed so they had to order it. But he did do something to help with the noise somewhat and said that we could use it but we would have some noise to deal with but that it would not damage the machine to use it. When the part came in, they called me, scheduled an appointment to come out and repaired it. Used this company several time now. Started using them thru American Home Shield. They have always been great. They don't always have the part, which means they have to order it, but they are very good and reasonably priced.
