Description of Work: I typically use Sears for appliance REPAIR but I found this company to be much more fair in pricing and service...I felt like they were honest with costs and my stove works great again ...the service person even have me suggestions to try until he was able to get parts...I'll definitely use them again!

Description of Work: First, I had him look at my washer. I was told that it would cost more to fix it than was worth it for a 10 year old washer. I appreciated the honesty. Also, my lower oven was not heating and he replaced a fuse in the back of the oven which required him coming back with the part and help to remove the oven. It works great now.

Description of Work: The tech came out first and diagnosed the issue as a blown out electrical panel on my double wall oven. He had to order the part and return several days later to complete the job. He worked very diligently and even offered my husband some tips on our microwave and washer which were not broken down, but how we could service them to prevent breakdown. A great job, and since my husband ALWAYS has fixed everything in the past, I'm not sure what the cost of repair is, but this repair was about 1/3 the cost of a new oven.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment with David's on Friday for the following Tuesday. Got a call Monday afternoon that the technician was in the area running ahead of schedule so he came then. Technician determined the problem, called dispatch and asked for the part to be ordered. He explained to me that this element was not one they kept in stock so it would take 2 or 3 days to get it from the supplier. The replacement part did not arrive until the following Monday and the arranged to have it installed on Tuesday. Technician came Tuesday morning, installed the new heating element and then tested the operation of the oven. Worked fine. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous. He explained the problem and what he would do to address it. Only issue I had was the length of time it took for the part to be delivered but I think that was outside David's control.
Description of Work: Replace lower heating element in electric oven. Also had to retrieve and repair the electric wire that connected to one terminal of the element.

+ -1 moreVERY POOR SERVICE. TOOK SEVERAL DAYS FOR THEM TO ORDER A PART FOR OUR DISHWASHER. WHEN PART ARRIVED, TECHNICIAN SAID HE WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE DISHWASHER FROM UNDER OUR COUNTER BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. THE REAL PROBLEM WAS THAT HE DIDN'T REMOVE THE SCREWS MOUNTING DISHWASHER TO THE CABINETS. MY HUSBAND HAD TO PULL DISHWASHER OUT OF CABINET AND THEN WE WAITED 2 MORE DAYS FOR TECHNICIAN TO RETURN AND MAKE REPAIR. OVERALL, TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND DISHWASHER STILL ISN'T FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. I WAS LEFT WITH THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY HAVE LITTLE EXPERIENCE WITH HIGHER END APPLIANCES/KITCHENS. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR OUR DACOR DISHWASHER BY REPLACING A WATER VALVE.
