YOUNG'S AUTO GLASS

This company has the worst customer service ever!! I called early thursday (yesterday) morning to have my windshield replaced, they said theyd be there early afternoon. I said great then the lady asked if she could run my credit cards on the phone now and then the driver could bring the receipt with him when he fixes my window. Im SOOO glad I didnt let her charge my credit card because they failed to show up then at 345pm she called and said her driver went home "sick" and there was no other guy to do the work and they would be here first thing this morning, of course I said that was fine because it was too late in the day to find someone. Well this morning they also failed to show up. I called them at 10 am and they said it would be again early afternoon right after lunch. I called a couple other places to do the work. Had the windshield replaced by another company that was completely nice and it only took them 30 minutes to do the work. I called back to Youngs at 4pm friday just to see where the guy was that was suppose to be here this morning and well looks like once again he left to go home. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUNGS just GREAT! (eye roll) Never will I go to this place, im telling everyone that needs a window replaced DO NOT GO HERE unless you like to be lied to and waste your money. So glad I didnt let her charge my card, I would have been stuck with shotty workmanship.
