septic tank
+ -1 moreWhile they were at the shop, my husband told them to drive to the back at our home. I had opened a large gate leading to the back area, moved dogs, picked up irrigation pipe - cleared his way to make his job easier to get to. When he got here, he asked me if he could drive on the grass and thinking he was referring to the are where we have trailers parked I said yes. I showed him where the tanks were and where the septic field was. I looked out the kitchen window and he had pulled up the truck right in the back yard - following a large rain the night before the truck not only sank but burned the yard as well. The woman with him recalled going in the back the previous year. We have always used Wooten but never again price went up $375 from last Octobet

+ -1 moreIt went great! Learned alot and feel like we made a good investment installing the risers.
Description of Work: Needed my septic tanks pumped. Had not been done in 4 years. I had read information on the Internet that said it only needed to be done every 4 years. That was bad information. I called Wooten and they said they would have someone out the next day. The man showed up and started the job. When he was almost done he had me come out and explained what he had found and done. He said that the tanks had not been takes care of. They were a little too full and the septic gasses were eating away at the lid and tank. Also, he had to dig down to find the tank, so that would cost a little extra. He then turned me on to a monthly treatment to use. He also suggested installing risers so that it would be easier to get to the tanks and maintenance them. In addition I found out that they needed to be pumped once a year. Their customer service was outstanding and they took the time to talk to me and help me understand my septic system. I strongly recommend this company! The cost was 700... 400 of it was for the risers ( I have dual tanks) also a year supply of monthly treatment, and the digging fee in addition to the pumping service ( $150.00)
