Description of Work: Late to provide services. Charged and I paid for services. Charged again for same job, demanded payment. Showed them their billing mistake.

Description of Work: I had an appointment with Mr Petty to come and look at my yard for an estimate. He was very prompt and friendly when he came to my house. He stated he would get back with me with an estimate in a few weeks. I called him repeatedly and was always told "still working on it". I had already decided to use him since my sister had such good luck with him on her yard. I never received an estimate from him. He should have told me from the beginning, that he wasn't interested in completing my yard. He wasted my time. I am now working with another company for my landscaping needs.

 + -1 moreA professional young man, Lee Petty, came to my home, walked around my landscaping, LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY, and gave me his advice as to what I should or should not do. Two words describe this business: honesty and integrity! In the future this company will be the first I call and i will certainly recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks, Turf Specialties, you are A-One in my book!!!
Description of Work: Evaluated my problem, gave me good advice, which did not involve expensive procedures which would not necessarily solve my problem.

Description of Work: Russell with Turf Specialties designed a new front yard for us using synthetic turf and rock/gravel. He was very helpful giving good ideas and suggestions.
