She is fantastic. We were relocating from another city so she went out shopping with me and my wife and got a feel for what we were looking for. My wife had not relocated here yet, she was in another city. So, it was she and I that picked the house that we bought. She kind of goes beyond normal, like let me open the door and let you look at the house, and that worked out very well. My wife likes the house. She was very good and patient and I wanted this house and said let's go, so it's like, what just happened. We liked it because of it's uniqueness. She was very proactive for finding things, like what about this neighborhood, and let's find things in this area within this range and let's go look at them. The next day I have them and I would go and look at the houses like a, b, c. Within a couple of days she had it arranged and go look at them. One of her strength is that she is extremely proactive. And another thig is that that she used "DocuSign" which is an electronic program, where we used the electronic system to sign the document as we made the offer and that kind of stuff. It was a tremendous advantage for us, because to be honest even if we were both here locally where I was working I could use my email at work and do that. The technology was fantastic and in our case and she made it pretty easy. The resources is another thing too, the resources of the inspector and insurance agents and all that kind of stuff, very effective here locally and all the recommendations she gave as far as people was just very, very good. And that's what you need and that's what an agent does. She is very, very professional too.
