Description of Work: I called this provider twice. After no answer, I left messages requesting a return call to inquire about the service and request a quote or estimate on my housekeeping needs. She never had the personal or professional courtesy to return my calls. I feel that the lack of courtesy reflects poorly on the reliability and work ethic of this provider. (As a side note, a friend also called this provider and experienced the same results - no return calls.)
