 + 1 moreThe technician was scheduled to come between noon and 5 pm but due wasn't able to get to my home until about 6:00pm or so. He did not appear to be very experienced but was able to contact his supervisor for assistance with questions over the phone. We worked on the main sewer line cleanout outside until after dark, and, then he had to come back the next day to finish cleaning all the lines from the roof vents the next day. Due to a double trip the price ended up about $100 more than the initial estimated quote, however, the technician was very likeable and seemed to do a pretty good job overall.
Description of Work: Cleaned out main sewer line and then cleaned out all drain lines.

Description of Work: I used Roto-Rooter for plumbing. I had a flood because a seal on a toilet had broken loose. They removed the toilet and replaced the wax ring.

 + 0 moreI tried to get them to retrieval to come over and they didn't. They had to come back three days later because it won't flush in. Then they did what they were supposed to do that day. They were expensive. If they would have done their job the first day we would have retrieved beside it been broken and they wouldn't have to come back. It really screwed up all around. I would not use them again.

 + 0 moreEverything went well. We had a clogged sewer line that they snaked and they pulled out some foreign material that was preventing it from draining.
Description of Work: They snaked out our main drain line that was clogged up & then they came back that same night after we put everything back together because the bathtub drain was still not fully draining.
