+ -1 moreWith the first bathroom about 95% finished, we are using it and can report that it is everything we wanted it to be, and is beautiful. There is still touch-up work to be done and a few things that will have to be redone. A subcontractor completed work on our shower at 6 pm the Saturday before Christmas. We worked tirelessly until 4 am and beyond getting our house cleaned and back "together" up until our kids and grandkids from Dallas walked in the door for the holidays. We really had to put pressure on the contractor to get the bathroom useable in time for company. Work on the guest bathroom has not yet started. Our hope/expectation is that it will progress at a more rapid rate and not require as many do overs. My final evaluation will be posted upon completion of all the contracted work.
Description of Work: Owner of the company does not manage the subcontractors well at all; therefore, work is substandard and requires being redone. |In addition, the time frame we were given for completion of our remodel is a joke! |2 bathrooms were projected to be completed in 3 months. We are 3+ months into the remodel and the first bathroom is weeks from being completed. |Very frustrating!!

+ 0 moreThey didn't do it timely nor did thay clean up their mess. whey didn't make an effort to fill in the grout correctly. Nor did they make sure that they touched up the faux finishing that they told me that they would do.
Description of Work: They installed a beautiful granit e counter top in our kitchen, but failed to cut in around the corner by the current tile and left a huge gap by that tile. It's very obvious. They also scratched our cabinets with the granite and didn't bother to fix it.
