We were able to take the floor plan we liked best and tweak it to fit our needs - moved a wall and added extra cabinets/countertops in the kitchen, moved the wall in the laundry room to accommodate for more clothes hanging/storage room and picked out special-order light fixtures to give our home a more customized feel. Permian Homes has a design center where you're able to go through and pick out each portion of your home's finishes, from tile to lighting to cabinets and countertops... 9 months after moving in and we're still in love with our home.
