+ -1 moreMr. Madrid arrived and moved everything off of my patio. (Two patio tables, numerous container plants, side tables, planters, grill, etc.). The tree that was being removed was about 50 years old, about 6' in diameter and large branches hung over my neighbor's NEW roof. The tree had been shedding bark on the neighbor's roof for about 5 years. My neighbors were very pleased with the care that Mr. Madrid took in removing the heavy limbs from over their roof. In fact, they're going to hire them to remove trees at their new home this fall. Mr. Madrid removed this huge tree and ground the stump. A sprinkler pipe was damaged in the process and Mr. Madrid made the repair to my satisfaction. When the job was complete, all of my patio furniture, plants, grill, etc. were returned to the patio and actually arranged nicer than before!
Description of Work: I arrived home from being out of town and I found an estimate that had been left on my door to remove an dying mulberry tree. The estimate looked very professional. It had a diagram of my yard and outlined the services that would be performed and a price quote. At first I thought my neighbor had recommended that they give me an estimate. I called and the voice on the other end of the phone was very polite and acknowledged that he left the estimate and that he could start removing my tree in a couple of days.
