Jeremiah gave us a good price for a new heat pump installed. His installers were efficient and professional in getting the job done well. My complaint is that two weeks after the job was done, we are still trying to get our owner’s manual for the heat pump unit. Also, on both the warranty and the registration they filed on our unit, they put Midland & a Midland zip code in place of Odessa, with our zip code, as the place of installation and our mailing address. I’ve tried for over a week to get the warranty corrected, then today got the registration with the same wrong address. Just hoping this is not indicative of follow up service that might be needed.

Overall I am very happy with the Air Conditioner and installation. My ole A/C unit was 20 years old and a monster to remove but the guys just took it in their stride and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Thanks for the hard work, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Stay away, this company does not care about customer service. They came and installed an A/C system, but after dozens of phone calls to have additional work done, they refuse to call you back. There is no way I would recommend this company for ANYTHING.

Excellent air conditioner at a competitive price. No need to haggle with the reps. They communicated with us very well. Had us installed and ready to go in only 2 days. They are local and reliable and won' cheat you out of your money like some of the other local companies that we received bids from. Ask for Jeremiah. He is the best.

My wife posted a five star review here, the day they finished installing three new heat pumps, and three new air handlers. Over $22k spent. Prompt, on time installation, good work, professional crew. We were told our units qualified for the Lennox Summer Rebate Program. AirServe filed the warranty information for us. We asked for an itemized invoice outlining the per unit cost, labor, and tax paid. It has been five weeks since the installation, and the units are great, but we have yet to get a response to our now, many requests for an invoice. We did call Lennox and verified that the warranty information had been filed. I just talked to Lennox again, and find that the units are indeed eligible for the rebate, but it has not been filed. The representative explained that I could file for the rebate online, BUT I will need an INVOICE showing the model, and serial numbers, and showing that the units have been paid for. Jeremiah, in response to one of my texts, promised to get that for me the following day. That was abut three weeks ago. Texts I've sent following that, I have gotten no response to, none. I actually wrote a letter, and sent it to Mr. Cordova, via snail mail, and have heard nothing. I have called them again today, for the second time, and pointedly asked for an invoice, so I can apply for the rebate. Jessica apologized profusely, and told me that Caesar has been out of town, and she has been very busy, and she would email it to me today. I have no doubt they have been busy, this is their busy season. I told her I understood, but I did not understand how they could be that busy. Also, we elected to go with a local company, to keep our dollars here, instead of the company from Lubbock that the home warranty company sent to check the old units. One final comment. While I was in the phone with Jessica, I happened to look at the back of Jeremiah's business card. It shows "We live our Code of values (tm) by.... Respect Integrity Customer Focus Each item has a number of items listed under it. The third item listed under Respect it ...responding in a timely fashion. Pretty sad, that an otherwise perfect encounter with one of our local, highly rated, companies is marred by their apparent lack of customer concern after the sale.

They were on time and did they job efficiently, they kept me informed of what they were doing and never had a problem with me asking a bunch of questions =) I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they could get the unit installed. Literally within 12 hours of contacting Jeremiah, I had a new unit! He even contacted me several days after the unit was in to see how it was performing. They gave me the right unit for my size house at the right price! I would definitely recommend Permian Basin AirServ to anyone needing any type of a/c maintenance or replacement

Our units were having a hard time keeping up with the unusual high temperatures; i decided to go online and found this local company through Home Advisors; to say the least i was shocked when i received a call within a couple of hours on a Sunday; i had a face to face the next morning and had an estimate to replace 3 units; today is Wednesday and i have all new units and my house is finally comfortable; a big thank you to Jeremiah and his installers; i would highly recommend this company.
