They lie to your face about price. A 10 minute job cost me almost a $1000. First they told me my air conditioner was not repairable. I then told them never mind and I will find another way to fix it. They then mysteriously said they could try to fix it and did within 10 minutes and left. I will never use their service again or recommend them to anyone!

A technician came right away and assessed the problem. He had to get another part and came back and finished that day. My only thought is I would like to have been informed ahead of the work, which part was not going to be covered by the insurance. We later got a bill for parts and labor not covered. Work was quick and quality

They checked both my air conditioning and heating systems. The man was thorough and very helpful. They made an appointment promptly, arrived on time, and were very polite. I would recommend this firm to everyone!

Fast and efficient.

After you get the unit installed, deal with the office on any issues you have, not the salesman. As of 10-14-18 all the issues have been resolved. The AC/Heat pump is working great.

Great install people, a few issues after install but nothing major. A week after the install, we still have issues with power in one bedroom, some ducting issues, and some small damage to the ceiling. Cooling great overall. 10-15-2018 as of today all issues are resolved, I would use them again.

I called to schedule an A/C repair. The tech showed up, put gauges on and supposedly added Freon. When I went outside to check to see what he was doing, he was on the phone talking about another customer and did not even acknowledge me. I was told that we had a blockage in our filtering system. If he had taken the time to look inside, he would have found the problem. I was charged 230.00 and within an hour the A/C was frozen up again. When I received the emailed invoice, it was for another customer. I emailed them and asked that it be changed, and it was, but my name was still misspelled. They were more interested in selling me a new unit than trying to fix the problem. I would not recommend this company.

Discovered the real problem with the unit, as the other service did not, and wanted me to spend $700. on a part that was not broken. When there was an additional problem the next day, they came back and fixed, without charging a service call.

Took several estimates. They were the lowest bid. Showed up on time. Used top quality brand with 10 year parts and service warranty. Courteous.
