Jeramaiah is a wonderful person. He rearranged his schedule to do my install so that my house would be cool when I came home from my chemo treatment. He came out and gave me an estimate on Monday and by Wednesday I had a knew system installed. I will forever be grateful to him and his techs for being so professional and proficient. I will forever be in debt to Jeremiah and this company. I called on a Tuesday and he showed up that same day to give us a quote. We agreed and he had techs at our house on Thursday and by Friday we had brand new system installed and house cooled down. That same evening we had traveled to Paint Creek, Texas and the AC unit was out and it was after hours. I panicked and I called Jeremiah to see if he knew anyone in the Robert Lee/San Angelo area to help. He had a tech at our home in Paint Creek within 1 hour from our phone call. This is customer service at its finest and again, thank you Jeremiah and Permianbasin Aireserv, LLC.

I phoned at 8 am in the middle of a heat wave here in Texas, and by 10 am we had a tecnician here who got on with the job. Very happy with his work, attitude, and businesslike manner.

These guys are AMAZING!!! From their professional appearance to their professional behavior, they know what they are doing and get the job done quickly and RIGHT. The first time. They were also courteous and polite, called us on their way over, and were not only ON TIME, but early. They also finished the job (extensive A/C installation and ductwork) earlier than promised. They took care of our home during the installation, cleaned up afterwards and were careful during ductwork fittings. The service was great. The installers were very polite and courteous. Jeremiah gave us the upcoming special although we purchased our unit before the actual sale started - which certainly wasn't expected - but truly appreciated. It showed me the extra fairness Aire Serv.

I signed up for estimates on homeadvisor on Thursday night. Jerimia from Permian Aire called Friday.. He offered to come out and give me an estimate that day, but I had doctor appointments. We set it up for Monday. He gave us an estimate on a top of the line system within our budget. If there hadn't been a good chance of rain on Tuesday, they would have installed it then, but we decided to wait until Wednesday.. By Wednesday evening, we had our new unit, operational and a cool home. They did have to return Thursday morning to do a few things, but it took less than an hour. Friday, Jerimia returned to tweak everything, set up the wifi thermostat and complete the paperwork. I have requested repairs during the summer months before and have never even been able to get an appointment in less than a week.. The technicians were professional and very polite. They worked hard and got the job done. I'm very impressed with their commitment to customer service. We highly recommend Permian Aire Serve. They offer quality products, fair prices and a fantastic work ethic. Thank you guys!.. We couldn't be happier..

They were prompt in getting to my AC replacement, but I had to watch what they were installing to make sure it was done in a professional manner. Also, they made a large hole in my soffit to run the coolant lines and did not repair it as promised.

The gentlemen that we worked with were stellar. Actually cared about the people more than making a sale. Treated us with respect from the first call all the way through to the financing.
