My husband called these guys after a month of being haggled or stood up by several other a/c companies in town. Jeremiah was the answer to our prayers.He came immediately and went above and beyond to make sure that our family was happy and finally cool and comfortable. The crew that came in was very professional and efficient and despite being crammed in our attic for the entire day in 106° weather were very friendly and respectful. They stayed late that night to get the job done and get us up and running.. We will ONLY recommend this company for heating and air..

Had an emergency on a Saturday, Cesar was at my house in about 30 minutes. Service call was reasonable ($75.00 for a Saturday), honest assessment of the situation. Last AC contractors left cap off ports and the freon leaked out. Price of freon was $50.00 a gallon (which I have seen some outrageous prices being charged for r-22). Spent quite a bit of time having to talk with my Homeowner's insurance nitwits so $25.00 labor was very fair.

Needed emergency A/C replacement for my Father's home in Midland, Tx. Aire Serv was excellent and replaced my Father's A/C at a reasonable price and performed the work on an expedited basis. Really appreciated their response and customer service. Highly recommended!

great follow up .. made minor adjustment with out a hazzle

After struggling with the repair of our a/c for about a year. We found Jeremiah and AirServ on Home Advisor and decided to give the a call. Jeremiah came and educated me on what was realy happening with my unit. Gave all my options and let me decide what I should do...Excelent service from beginning to end.

Very prompt response! They showed up almost right away!! I told the tech that it wasn't cooling and he checked it out and said it could be a small leak. The technician told me he could do a "quick fix" for about $300 or "fix it right" for about $1000. The tech ended up telling me that it probably just needed tightening so I went with the lesser amount. He refilled the refrigerant and guaranteed his work for 30 days and so far so good.

Was very expressed with the overall experience. Really didnt know much about ac units but they took the time out to educate use about. Even went as far as recommending competitors that would do a good job also if we decided to go else where. professional,fast,and job was done right. All technician were very friendly and respectful. Was very pleased.

After waiting a week for a company who never showed up, I contacted Roy with Airesev. A technician was out the very same day to evaluate my mothers ac and furnace. Fortunately and unfortunately it had to be replace but had not started a fire in her mobile home. Roy made a very reasonable deal with a replacement system and it was installed the very next day. The install guys were very respectful and courteous and very thorough with their clean-up. I appreciate their customer service and knowledge. Thanks a million Roy!

What I thought was the answer to our cooling problem would have cost us a lot more and wouldn't have solved the problem. It was our good luck that we called Jeremiah from Aire Ser. He teaches classes on proper air circulation for a/c. He put in new duct work, more return vents and even a big return next to the a/c that's in the closet. His crew added 1 mini-split to our family room in the back of the house, I thought we would just add 3 mini- splits since we added 300sq.ft. to our house this winter. He gave us a 250.00 discount since he had a coupon coming out next week, how nice! We were in a warm house for 5 yrs with a new a/c that we put in about 8 yrs ago with ceiling fans on high, always calling the a/c company, they would say everything is fine. Now, my fans are on med-low and sometimes I find myself reaching for a blanket. I LOVE IT!

If I could sum up my experience in one word, OUTSTANDING! From the customer service aspect to the install itself, the folks over at Permian Basin Airserv took great care of me and my family. Their expert knowledge on airflow quickly showed me that something had to be done about my system. There was no pressure to get anything done right away and they even recommended getting another opinion. No other opinion was needed and I moved ahead with the install which was scheduled for the following day. After the install was completed, there was immediately a noticeable change in the system.

If you need AC service, this is the business to go with. My system was not cooling; they did all they could to get it to work, but I was just in need of a new AC system. They had it installed in no time and were very nice to work with. Everything was explained extensively as to what was needed, what was best and I could not be more pleased. These guys are willing to work with you and get the job done without wasting any time; very professional and know their business. I highly recommend them and am so glad I found them.

These guys are great to work with. Joe was really quick to respond to a request for an estimate and was very fair with the rates. I needed the entire AC system replaced, he and his team were able to get everything done the next day! I would definitely recommend Permian Aire Serve.

They did a great job! I called them to come out to my house for an estimate and the General Sale Manager was able to come that same day he was very nice and professional. He called me a couple of days later to check on me and to also offer me an additional promotion for the work. I then hired them they were able to do the work the following day. They were very quick, nice and professional the whole time. For my job they were able to do the work in one day which was nice. They even was able to patch up the drywall where the old vents were at and it looked like it never had a vent there after we painted it. All in all excellent job.

This company responded to my request much sooner than anyone else. They scheduled and completed the job as promised and, the value was much better than what the other contractors offered. I highly recommend.

Excellent service and very professional! I had several appointments with several different companies and apparently some of them really didn't need my business, because two companies didn't even bother to show up or even call to reschedule! I was very impressed with Jeremiah, because out of all the companies that did show up, he was the only one that went all the way back in the attic to inspect the duct work throughout the entire house. I wanted to add a return air duct to the farthest end of the house, and by the time he did his inspection we ended up with three return ducts. One might think that he was trying to find ways to charge more for the job, but that is not the case. He simply gave his professional opinion and he was right!! We are so pleased with the finished job, and the warranty is also better than the completion! All the others provided a ten year on the compressor and parts and one year labor, but Aireserv had ten year warranty for all three! It's always smart to get more than one estimate, but when getting your next A/C service or replacement system make certain that Aireserv is on that list. Lastly I want to commend them because I made my decision on the Monday before Thanksging day, and made request that I really didn't think they could fulfill. I wanted the units installed before Thanksgiving because we had company coming in from out of town. I was shocked when he said he could do it on that Wednesday! Although they had to come back on Friday for some final touches and adjustments we had a comfortable holiday! The only reason I didn't give straight fives is because I'm waiting to see what my electric bill will look like, especially in the summer. Thanks to Aireserv, Jeremiah, and his team for a job well done. Definatly exceeded our expectations!
