 + -1 moreContacted to schedule an estimate for replacing motors and springs. I was told someone would be out the following afternoon and that I would be called before someone showed up. I never received a call and no one ever showed up to perform the estimate. This company cannot follow through with potential customers so they must not want the work. I will take my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Called for estimate. Got back to my shop and they had already repaired the door. There was no one there to okay the repairs nor to sign an invoice. Charged almost twice the cost of an entire door for only 2 panels.When confronted about the cost, the response was that's the price so pay it. Would never work with us on the cost. Even offered to pay them to come remove their materials and they would not even talk about it.

 + -1 moreIf you want your door fixed right the first time, call Overhead Door. I had one of the two springs on my door break and the door came down and ruined my opener. I called another place in town who came out and replaced the spring. I installed a new opener but it would not shut the door. I called Overhead Door and a guy named Sam came out to find that the other company had installed the WRONG spring. It turns out it matters a LOT which size spring goes on the door. Overhead Door replaced both the springs and got the door working perfectly. In fact, they put a set of springs on that "worked" but they weren't happy because it wasn't perfect. Sam actually went back to the shop and got a scale, weighed the door and measured the hubs to find the correct springs it needed. He didn't leave until the door was perfect and he had programmed my opener and remotes. I highly recommend Overhead Door!
