+ -1 moreFantastic business. Chose to use One Way rather than the rude, fly-by-night provider my home warranty service assigned to my claim. Completely worth spending the money out of pocket to use One Way. My A/C was up and running again in LESS THAN 90 MINUTES after my initial call. Extraordinary service. Fast, yet done in a manner that instilled confidence and immediate loyalty. Intend to use only One Way for my HVAC issues from this day forward.
Description of Work: Diagnosed issue with non-functioning A/C unit. Replaced busted dual capacitor and installed a surge protector to help prevent a repeat problem, and possibly more extensive damage. Checked Freon levels and general inspection of unit.

+ -1 moreThe service technician they sent out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was for our unit not cooling properly and went and got the proper part for the job. I was very impressed with the customer service provided and the work he did in order to make sure the problem was fixed before he left from climbing up in the crawl space and finding a short too checking the wires on the out side unit for exposure. I highly recommend this company for your cooling needs. The $60 price is what we paid because of our home warranty insurance.
Description of Work: Replaced Cooling Sump Pump and repaired bad wiring on unit.

The day that I originally called to set up an appointment during the sweltering summer they was able to get to me the same day and fix my A/C. We did run into a problem three months down the road, but the company stepped up and corrected the issue immediately. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know! Thanks One Way!
