+ -1 moreI was locked out of my house with my 4 year old and 10 year old. I called and set up an appt for 6:00pm, I called at 3:30pm. I waited for 3 hours. I called to confirm my appt at 6:30pm. A man who barely spoke any English told me he was TOO BUSY. Mind you I am still stuck outside with my two children. He then hung up on me. I called back, he again told me he was too busy, and he hung up on me, he then stopped answering my phone calls. Needless to say no one showed up. I had to have my friend come over and drill the lock on my door. Worst experience, I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Nothing, they never showed up.
